Yamaha M-25 Stainless Steel Prop Repair Did this cause the Lower Unit to go out??

This is a 25 pitch M-series Yamaha Stainless Prop that hit a loading ramp sometime in the past. Running this prop for 2 years is probably why the lower unit went out.
