IS THE CATHOLIC CHURCH DIVIDED? (and is Division so Bad?)

Fr. Bill addresses divisions within the Catholic Church - why some divisions can be bad, and why some are good for the Church as a whole. Given that Jesus appointed 12 Apostles instead of just 1, could this be what Jesus intended for a Church that is meant to spread throughout the world?
