Catholic Priest serving in the Diocese of Evansville, Indiana.
Patriotic Catholic -- Patriotic American (in that order!)
Addicted to History (American, Civil War, Church, U.S. Constitution, English, Biblical, Ancient, Western Civilization . . . )
Would rather stick to what the Church teaches than try to remember all the different contradictory variations designed to keep the faith easy and palatable.
Would rather understand current events in terms of their Historical Perspective than by a socio-political agenda.
Enjoy Reading (especially the classics and historical biographies), Movies (especially older classics from when Hollywood had any creativity and imagination), Fishing (especially when they actually bite) & traveling (especially throughout the United States).
I appreciate comments on videos where comments are open. Please keep them short, to the point, & devoid of disparaging remarks.

You are a great nice Priest Fr Bill. St. Anthony's history of faith and life, is beautiful to hear 🙏 I wish you, your family and your community, a blessing and happy New Year 🕊️ Keeping stronger our faith, in God Jesus Cristo. Thank you
Yes, I was trying to find other names, 'cuz he is known as *Sant'Antonio Abate* (the Abbot) - Patron of animals and fire. [Obviously "Abbot" from "Abba", used also in the Syrian Orthodox and Coptic churches as title given to bishops and patriarchs.] • January 17th has also gladly become the *World Pizza Day* , connecting it also with the art of the Neapolitan pizza makers - _pizzaiōli_ -, a UNESCO intangible heritage. (Although I've noticed some countries are still resisting and promoting their own Day) 😏
Thank you Fr.Bill for sharing this awesome beautiful Homily.have a Blessed Prosperous New Year!🙏
Thank you Fr Williams! Your teaching have always a great impression of wisdom, which is true. I love that you start this new series!🙏 Prayers for you
is this a zoom course?
Fr. Bill, I wish you a quick late *Merry and Holy Christmas* and a *Happy upcoming New Year.* I had started putting some more thoughts together regarding _time, family_ and _society_ in the current new era we have entered. It became a little too complex to put all of that together in a short comment -- I also lost everything a couple of times -- and when I was trying to recall all that I had already written, I realized that it was becoming too late and I've desisted... I'll hope to have better time later on...
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year Fr. William. 🙏❤️🇬🇧🇵🇭
Thank you for this wonderful video Fr Williams. Merry Christmas 🌲 Happy Health New Year 🙏

Thank you Father, from Western North Carolina

Thank you 🙏 Father God continue to bless you
Good evening Father. Thank you for explaining the difference between memorials of life and funerals. I am not too keen on memorials of life. Now, I understand why. May God bless and protect and keep you Father.
Thank you for teaching me about our Catholic Faith ❤
Thank you Father William. May God Bless you and all that you do ✝️
This was a very enlightened homily that can apply as a Catholic and Christian reflection on any or all election. We just have to know what is more important - style (personality) or substance (policies). Personality is packaging, substance is content. Which affects our lives & our beliefs? Bravo Fr. Thank you for your guidance on a voter's discernment on elections.
Trump is the GOOD. POPE smear is the BAD "Kamelion" is the UGLY
Where is the catholic church that doesn't call out Pelosi an biden for being for abortion.
Where was the catholic church when they closed the church during the pandemic.
A person who has God has eyes to vote trump.
In America we have freedom the vote whom we like. Vote for a true Catholic. God wants us to vote for good people.
Catholics vote to protect the rights of unborn babies.
Religious leaders should not use the pulpit for politics influencing people's vote.
Tell that to ALL religious preachers. Not just Catholic ones. We have freedom of speech as well as Freedom of Religion. So there you are.
It seems this man is mixing politics with Religion who should we vote for
Religion mixes with everything, including politics.
Trumps maiden speech support for the Catholic Church has substance to the end times events long awaited
Dumb question. Socialist poverty and miserable enslavement or Freedom and prosperity? The churches are all socialist and promote ot even handing out pamphlets in God`s house. A blasphemy. The Pope is a communist. The Left, especially the gays infested religion in the 60`s.
Hope they will end oersecutions in india at the hand of communal modi government . Not support his polices of interfereing in changing the CV onstotution
I love your story of policies beneficial to the benefit of common good and the glass. I also love the story of Saint Paul who used to persecute Christians. Jesus forgave him and used him for a greater purpose. As sinful as Saul was, Jesus used him to spread His gospel. Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, knew that Trump had sinned and had done things that violated His teachings may also decide to use him as he used Saint Paul. Who are we to judge Trump if our Lord Jesus has forgiven him and would use him for His purpose? I also remember the story of the woman who got caught of adultery. Jesus did not condemn her and instead told those who were condemning her, “he who has no sins cast out the first stone.” No one stoned the woman. Jesus said to her, “neither do I condemn you. Go, and sin no more.” John 8:7-11 God bless you, Father William. 🙏🙏🙏
Church and state is separate maybe the church's that bring politics into church they need to pay taxes
BTW - I pay taxes
There is no two evils,God rose up Trump to restore America to a godly nation.Kamalla, and Obama, were raised up by satan to enslave the people of the world,to force them to do evil things.
And you know this how?
Great video Fr. Nicholas. Pope should not have said that. Greeting from Australia. GBU...
So, you are critiquing our Pope?!😭
The lesser of two evils is the better candidate. What’s the difference?
Now let us walk in agape love as Christ would have us. If it's possible, there should be no violence
Thank you for word of wisdom 🙏 God have mercy on we the Americans and citizens of America
We Praise You and Thank You Lord Jesus for this Holy Spirit inspired Homily Thank you Fr Nicholas for your guidance how to vote to pray and hope as these are challenging times we live in. And your emphasis on our Freedom of religion . This is involves Jesus 2 commandments love God totally and our neigjbour in need Mrs Ember Lobo. Mumbai India
Catholics need to speak the truth! Yes, even our holy father. Being diplomatic or equivocating is not the best way to go!!!
Who is talking about evil?
You are not being honest when you say you are not telling your people who to vote for. You are clearly telling them to vote for Donald Trump. We are now witnessing the end of democracy thanks people like to you and your pope.
Amen...❤❤❤❤❤❤
Why is the church being silent we are supposed to be the salt and the light of the world, and why our voices matter th-cam.com/video/9o4CnJqf2g0/w-d-xo.html&si=s-0XNZ_zAZJfirnU
Keep religion out of my government
Impossible and unconstitutional. You'd have to elect all atheists and (brace yourself) "no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.” -- US. Constitution, Article VI, Clause 3
Keep religion out of politics and Church out of State.
They will round up christians of all denonstions
This country has turned it's back on Christ if we vote for Harris and voting Harris is both spiritual, economic and physical death. We have a moral obligation to vote fy Trump. Mark my words if Harris is installed there will be no more elections and no recourse what so ever. At least with Trump he will listen to christians and make the effort to do what is right. He not perfect and like everyone else has alot of flaws but at least he makes a big effort to do what is right, good and just. Harris and tampon Timmy project everything they are doing onto Trump. They accuse him of everything they are doing and what they will do if elected. There the ones who will jail everyone who disagrees with them. They are the fascist they claim us to be. Vote life vote Trump,! Vote Harris and vote for DEATH!!!!!!!!!!
100% ProLife I am all for the precious babies. Gifts from God
Do you believe life begins at conception?
How can any Catholic vote democrats. ? Trump is far better than Harris. Honestly people do your homework.
How can any Catholic vote democrats. ? Trump is far better than Harris. Honestly people do your homework.
I voted for Trump he is not perfect but he is better.
It's an obvious choice. Look at the party that embraces infanticide, and vote AGAINST it. Still uncertain? Look at the other things it supports, and remember what God did to the Five Cities of the Plain of Ciccar; most people only remember two, Sodom and Gomorrah. Again, vote AGAINST them. If you truly love God, there isn't anything you can support about this party's platform.
