It always amazes me how some reactors are obsessed with all the judges pressing their buzzers and killing the performance with their obnoxious sound. I'd prefer the buzzer after the performance too. Good reaction nevertheless, Diana's talent is endless!

It's called context - that you are unaware of the context of this performance or where it fell within the timeline of this show might lead you to believe there was something out of line with the judge's view of this performance. Just to put it into a little perspective of that time Diana spent on the show which spans two seasons of the show/competition - this was from the second season. Starting in the first season that Diana performed, she was seen four times including her audition before anyone of the judges were familiar with her - (See Derniere Danse and the blown away reaction of the judges, including the Igor, the guy you're asking "How could...". After the fourth performance (a song co-written by that same Igor), she won that season. The second season was a Champions' season in which Diana performed three times, where only two of the songs got judged - the last of those two was Wicked Game and I do believe that the button pushing by the judges were timed more to provide the least interruption to the performance rather than a critical reaction to her performance since again she won that competition - The GOAT of "You Are Super". The third song was not judged. In fact, Igor provided Diana an apartment in Moscow to further her career and helped her secure a secondary education in the arts. I've watched way too many of Diana's initial viewing by reactors, and most start with this one inasmuch as it's probably the most requested performance, the majority do no background review of her and thus have no way to have context of some aspects of the clip. Haha, that's the context for the reactor. It's interesting to note that it isn't the most viewed clip of her on this show though - her initial audition where she covers the French pop song "Derniere Danse' (Last Dance) has over 100M views while the full version done at a concert at the end of the season has 50M (myy recommended version to react to since the same copyright issues exist that "Wicked Game' had. The judges response is more like you'd think they'd react. Also most English speaking reactors recognize the title 'Wicked Game', whereas mostly Europeans are familiar with the French title. (It's a good song too, and I thoroughly enjoy Indila's acoustic version (th-cam.com/video/eehzpPOzdgI/w-d-xo.html if you want to familiarize yourself with the tune first). Course I must say at this point after a year of constant attention to Diana & reactions to her - I need to stop! This particular sound of her tone is due to her well trained larynx elasticity combined with her head bones that makes a very peculiar resonance. One singer that has that quite the "same" resonance is Cher... specially on those low notes. The last judge is Igor Krutoy. The famous multimillionaire pianist, composer and producer, that left he's retirement to work with Dimash Qudaibergen... Owns a vast repertoire of famous songs and compositions with famous singers in the world. One of the most exigent and prestigious song contests is the New Wave Festival now it will be in Sochi- Russia... also promoted by one of it's founders, Igor Krutoy. He has promoted some promising young singers, and of couse he's invited as a jury to many programs like this "kind of The Voice" competition.

You have just listened to what may be a true contralto. “Diana Ankudinova, A Russian National Treasure”, I have been following her for awhile. She is another very interesting story that you will discover. Wait until you hear “Wicked Games” or "Human" or "Rechenka" Even though it is in Russian you still feel the emotion behind it. I've heard her sing in Russian, English, French, German, Arabic and Spanish so far. No matter what language it is beautiful. While I have your attention, I would like to suggest another young lady who is about the same age ang equally talented, Angelina Jordan. She won Norway's Got Talent at the ripe old age of 8. Last year she competed in America's Got Talent The Champions. She auditioned with her own version of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody that has everyone swooning. You really need to check her out! Thx for the tip, but I prefer it like this for a couple of reasons. To keep my composition I'd have to place a second camera angled towards my screen and also, recording a laptop screen can also create banding and other issues, which isn't pleasant to watch for viewers, I'd assume :p Also, the quality would be pretty bad and I want to keep the video and audio quality at least decent for you guys :) But hey, as you can see the video isn't blocked ;) If a video gets blocked, I edit in an intermezzo and try to re-upload it again (had to do that twice before but it's been a while since I've had that problem, luckily).

The one that seems to amaze people the most is polyphonic voice. I cannot tell you exactly how these artists achieve this result, I was just told that it is linked to the simultaneous use of the different resonators of the human body and that such a mastery of the voice and of the breath with such a fluidity requires years of work, Diana has been singing on stage and has been taking singing and performing arts lessons since the age of 6!

This competition is unique in the world, an international TV- competition: 'You are Super', especially for adopted and orphaned children. The musical project “You are super! can give to children who do not have a prosperous childhood, not only positive emotions, but also hope for changes in their fates. Eighty children from various countries can now take part, understanding that they have outstanding talents. Only the best of the best will be able to complete all the selections.
Diana entered the competition in 2018 and 2019 and won twice. 2018 (3rd season) Diana sang 'Derniere danse' (French), 'It's a Man's Man's Man's World' (Engl.), 'The River' (Russ.), 'Tomorrow Is A Lie' (Engl.) and 2019 (super season) Diana won the Grand Prix with 'Blizzard' (Russ.), 'Wicked Game' (Engl.) and 'Human' (Engl.).
The winner of the season will be determined by a 6-day public vote and the final took place in the Kremlin Palace and her videos were uploaded to TH-cam and soon she had millions of fans.
The project producers help the finalists start studying and encourage their creativity. Diana won a scholarship to the College of Music. Igor Krutoy, as a juror, gave her a small apartment in Moscow. So, she could start her vocal training with the best teachers such as Professor Olga Donskoy (She died of Covid-19 in Oct. 2020)...

It is based on a Russian folksong about a young betrothed orphan girl who goes to the river, the boundary between the living and the dead, to ask her deceased mother's blessing for her marriage.

Ironically, Diana herself was an orphan who was abused and abandoned by her alcoholic mother. Because of this beginning, her speech was very undeveloped and she was given singing lessons to help improve her speech. Her talent was quickly recognized and the rest is history.

It's called context - that you are unaware of the context of this performance or where it fell within the timeline of this show might lead you to believe there was something out of line with the judge's view of this performance. Just to put it into a little perspective of that time Diana spent on the show which spans two seasons of the show/competition - this was from the second season. Starting in the first season that Diana performed, she was seen four times including her audition before anyone of the judges were familiar with her - (See Derniere Danse and the blown away reaction of the judges, including the Igor, the guy you're asking "How could...". After the fourth performance (a song co-written by that same Igor), she won that season. The second season was a Champions' season in which Diana performed three times, where only two of the songs got judged - the last of those two was Wicked Game and I do believe that the button pushing by the judges were timed more to provide the least interruption to the performance rather than a critical reaction to her performance since again she won that competition - The GOAT of "You Are Super". The third song was not judged. In fact, Igor provided Diana an apartment in Moscow to further her career and helped her secure a secondary education in the arts. I've watched way too many of Diana's initial viewing by reactors, and most start with this one inasmuch as it's probably the most requested performance, the majority do no background review of her and thus have no way to have context of some aspects of the clip. Haha, that's the context for the reactor. It's interesting to note that it isn't the most viewed clip of her on this show though - her initial audition where she covers the French pop song "Derniere Danse' (Last Dance) has over 100M views while the full version done at a concert at the end of the season has 50M (myy recommended version to react to since the same copyright issues exist that "Wicked Game' had. The judges response is more like you'd think they'd react. Also most English speaking reactors recognize the title 'Wicked Game', whereas mostly Europeans are familiar with the French title. (It's a good song too, and I thoroughly enjoy Indila's acoustic version (th-cam.com/video/eehzpPOzdgI/w-d-xo.html if you want to familiarize yourself with the tune first).
Course I must say at this point after a year of constant attention to Diana & reactions to her - I need to stop! I can, in my defense, only say that in doing so I can link her pronouncing her name which I think most reactors appreciate and share the link to her wiki, which was just recently added. Also, she has a couple of songs on streaming services, but the people responsible for making these listings insist on having trying to find them totally unrealistic for anyone who cannot read Cyrillic (God knows I've told them the need to change it from Диана Анкудинова to Diana Ankudinova since no-one outside of Russia (well most) don't have a Cyrillic keyboard).

I've tried to find out how one can do that - where the video's are to do the duet - but that, in my mind, would be great exposure to a number of people, including Scott Bradlee. This particular sound of her tone is due to her well trained larynx elasticity combined with her head bones that makes a very peculiar resonance. One singer that has that quite the "same" resonance is Cher... specially on those low notes. The last judge is Igor Krutoy. The famous multimillionaire pianist, composer and producer, that left he's retirement to work with Dimash Qudaibergen... Owns a vast repertoire of famous songs and compositions with famous singers in the world. One of the most exigent and prestigious song contests is the New Wave Festival now it will be in Sochi- Russia... also promoted by one of it's founders, Igor Krutoy. He has promoted some promising young singers, and of couse he's invited as a jury to many programs like this "kind of The Voice" competition.

Diana spoke badly, cried a lot and was still very scared but she all sing songs from cartoons. And so, the singing teacher Elena Kazantseva discovered Diana's talent. And all started ...
During 2008 to 2012 Diana sang around 40 songs, including at competitions.
Diana's mother became her daughter's manager. Everything that has to do with Diana's singing training, performances, competitions, looking for sponsors is organized and coordinated by her mother Irina Ponik. She took extra sewing courses too. Since then, she's been sewing all of Diana's stage costumes, because all of these things consume the family budget. She accompanies her daughter on trips and captures her life in photos and videos with the persistence of a visionary.
Diana impressed with her talent in over 50 national and international competitions. Her confidence grew, her voice continued to develop ... until one day she was asked to compete in more distant competitions so that other children could have a chance to win.
So, 2012 Irina’s family moved to her hometown of Toglyatti, much closer to Moscow. Diana lost her fear that the woman who gave birth to her would kidnap her.
In 2017 Diana went to Moscow, at the Russian 'The Voice Kids'. The break of voice made Diana’s voice even darker and deeper. You have just listened to what may be a true contralto. “Diana Ankudinova, A Russian National Treasure”, I have been following her for awhile. She is another very interesting story that you will discover. Wait until you hear “Wicked Games” or "Human" or "Rechenka" Even though it is in Russian you still feel the emotion behind it. I've heard her sing in Russian, English, French, German, Arabic and Spanish so far. No matter what language it is beautiful.
While I have your attention, I would like to suggest another young lady who is about the same age ang equally talented, Angelina Jordan. She won Norway's Got Talent at the ripe old age of 8. Last year she competed in America's Got Talent The Champions. She auditioned with her own version of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody that has everyone swooning. You really need to check her out! (Be prepared for a lot of subscribers ).

He waited for the exact time so as not to disturb the artist's singing. What some youtubers who do reactions should learn, never stop the videos in the middle of a sentence from the singers.

Hi, Yuri, the last judge is famous composer Igor Krutoi. He had helped alot to Diana, very nice guy. He had retired but when met Dimash, he returned to his professional activities. I would advise react to Diana's Rechenka, Human, Into the skies, Take on me, There are more Diana's performances, all are chilling to me.
Another point is all fans of Diana are fans of Dimash as well as vice versa. You should react to him as well. Traditionally first song to react to is SOS.

Great reaction! She actually says at the end, "No one can save me but you," not "No one can save me with you." Her voice sounds a lot like Cher's lower register, if you've ever listened much to Cher. You will hear the resemblance. This won't be your last Diana reaction vid, guaranteed. It's just the beginning.....so much to her.
I believe just at the end of the video, I said “but you” but then in my analysis I said “with you” probably😛 and yes I love cher’s voice as well and I can see the resemblance, though I think it’s even more pronounced or noticeable in Diana’s voice😛 and indeed, it won’t be the last from her😜

Thx for the tip, but I prefer it like this for a couple of reasons. To keep my composition I'd have to place a second camera angled towards my screen and also, recording a laptop screen can also create banding and other issues, which isn't pleasant to watch for viewers, I'd assume :p Also, the quality would be pretty bad and I want to keep the video and audio quality at least decent for you guys :)
But hey, as you can see the video isn't blocked ;)
If a video gets blocked, I edit in an intermezzo and try to re-upload it again (had to do that twice before but it's been a while since I've had that problem, luckily).

The one judge that waited was showing respect for her by allowing her to perform without interruption.. the others should have done the same. The buzzer interfered with hearing some of the nuances of her voice.

Hi Aryan, indeed. But if you listened closely, you noticed that, at the end of her video, I said "but you". Then afterwards I indeed said "with you" during my analysis of that ending, which was indeed not correct, that was a mistake. Though, it's not because I didn't hear it well enough, it's just an attention flaw in the moment :p The point I was trying to make was just for the way she said those words. But I can't deny, I didn't say it right that time :)
