we did every step you put here. finally the vr4 worked fine. but the vr3 is working vr2 job. wich is adjusting the ticking. and vr2 is not working at all. why??

Hi Engineer, Thank you for your great video..I made this circuit face to face according to the video, but I have a major problem the piezo makes a sound as soon as the circuit turned on and the does not stop when the volume 50k is reduced too zero, but the vu meter has the same function as the video in all three volumes. I replaced all Ic's and transistors with a new series, even 1117 5v, but it did not make any difference. I checked the short circuit test on the circuit several times. I do not know what the problem really is .. Thank you for your help

No inductor? Why not boost the voltage from 12 volts , to something higher, to get a serious field going in the coil. Or can this possibly be done with the search coil?, boost the search coil voltage to 150v plus , or less than 200v like minelab, running around 180v using 200volt rated caps. I'd like to try searching with. 480-500 volts, running pulses nearing 1amp, into a small coil with alot of fine copper litz wire! (A 4-6" coil). See if this will find the tiny gold, while running st 60khz to 105khz
your video is good to those who only love watching the video,,, but to those who want to build the schematic diagram is needed... otherwise you post it as a demo only!
