That "siphon" process seems to be similar to a percolator where the water rises and drains back down as strong as you want it. All these other toppings look delicious, but in my humble opinion rich creamery butter and real maple syrup are still #1. I've tried other things but still go back to the butter/syrup combo.
So how many eggs to how many parts flour was used? What type of flour was used? Was not rice flour? Potato flour? How much baking powder was used? How much milk was used? What temperature was the hot plate set too? 375°F?
