Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacodynamic Changes in the Older Adult

In this video, Dr Mike explains the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic changes that can occur for the older person.
He explains the factors that can effect the 4 phases of pharmacokinetics, including; absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion. And outlines the alterations in physiological reserve that can effect pharmacodynamics.
