- In this video, Dr Mike explains the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic changes that can occur for the older person.
He explains the factors that can effect the 4 phases of pharmacokinetics, including; absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion. And outlines the alterations in physiological reserve that can effect pharmacodynamics.
