- Sharing ideas and discussing an experiment in making a new trail running belt. With a soft flask water bottle and minimal cargo, bounce is managed with stretch fabrics and careful pocket placement. I used a combination of Lycra Mesh, Venom Stretch Mesh, 3D Spacer Mesh, and Durable Woven Stretch fabrics to bring this idea to life. It works quite well but found a few improvements could be made. I’d improve the front closure and shorten the length a tad. The bottle lid cover could be a better fit. Overall however it works great especially a first try at this design.

Thanks for the mention! That's a really cool design, man! I haven't run with a soft flask on my waist and wondered about the difficulty of putting it back in the pocket, I never thought about just pulling the belt off lol. Keep up the awesome work!
I prefer the soft flask for a few reasons. They aren’t rigid against body, they don’t slosh, and this specific model also fits the befree water filter so I can often get away with one bottle. A downside not isolated to soft bottles but being close to body is the water warms up pretty quickly. Insulating the are would help but would also decrease breathability.

Who prints your labels?
I’m not happy with who I ordered from so won’t recommend or say something bad about as only one experience. There are many custom order woven label suppliers available and very region specific so shop around for best deal on your moq.
