    Ingredients :
    250g butter(牛油)
    170g caster sugar (细砂糖)
    5 large eggs(鸡蛋)- grade A
    250g ( 2 cups ) plain flour(普通面粉)
    1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
    1/2tsp salt (盐)
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (玉桂粉)
    100ml fresh orange juice (鲜橙汁)
    250g dried cranberries (蔓越莓干)
    30g high protein flour / bread flour (高筋面粉/面包粉)
    30g toasted almond nibs (烘香杏仁粒)
    1 orange zest (橙皮屑)
    Syrup (糖浆):
    2 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
    2 tbsp hot water (热水)
    2 tbsp rum (朗姆酒)
    Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 60-70 minutes.
    放入已预热烤箱,以170°C烤60-70分钟。
