  • The Nerf Elite 2.0 Motoblitz is one of the better releases from Hasbro in a while, combining a Rayven with a master-keyed air blaster up front. That being said, there are some simple mods, that can take this flywheeler to the next level.
Featuring a custom 3D-printed cage, Fang ReVAMPeds, and Daybreak flywheels, this 2S build will bump Performance up to HvZ or Superstock levels. Additionally, the "Blitz" can be easily modded with a simple turn of the screw, allowing for a more powerful scattershot panic button.
As always, we try our best to make our guides "crystal clear," so let us know if you have any questions so that we can make corrections and improve our tutorials.

Also, I know I don't have the time for it, but if you cut off the air blaster barrels toward the base, I think you could arrange to have three mega (two tanks per) or two Mega XL (three per). Effective? Debatable. Fun? Of course!

Based on what I’m seeing, it is almost as if the Hasbro engineers were planning on people modding. The perfect place for the rev switch and the extra deep battery door both features make modding much easier. This blaster also breaks with other Elite 2.0 blasters in that there aren’t any clips or glue holding the shell halves together.

That's another good way to do it! Nerf used to print a large enough picture on their manuals that you could tape or number the screws there. Alas, they've stopped doing that in recent years.

Got my parts in today to mod two of these blasters. First one is done and I'm loving it. In my case plugging the small holes in the shotgun barrels made tight fitting darts pop out of place while pumping up. Removing the hot glue and using a pick to open the holes up fixed this issue. Two full turns on the relief valve screw allows 12 pumps before air release. This didn't result in a big gain and is about as far as I'll go until I see someone else testing the limit. Thanks Luke .

Hey, really enjoyed this mod guide, (great work as always 😁) and one mod that I’ve actually been thinking of developing but something I would love to see is a strayven integration, nit in the traditional way (cutting up a rayven as a stock for a stryfe) but butchering a stryfe to use as a rayven afterburner, or a similar integration with a separate blaster since the rayven isn’t the most available blaster anymore.
