I just installed mine today. Instead of lighting the backseat area( I drive a Carmaro which really has no room for passengers) I used the four light strips up front. Under the dash and under the seats. I'm not mechanically inclined, so I doubted my ability. I have to say, it could be better but it's good. Needless to say I'm rather proud of myself for the fact that I did it! It looks awesome! It's kind of rice, but it says my name. I wanna crank up Donna Summer's "I Feel Love" on the stereo, and reminisce that is back in 1977 again, 😆 LOL! Thanks for your encouragement. You gave me the confidence to to it alone.
Wow are you kidding. I just bought this 2 days ago and i didnt know how to install it so i had to figure it out and i just found your channel and you uploaded a video on how to do it yesterday. Great video tho 👍
i installed my lights before i saw this and for my first time doing it…I did the same thing you did😂😂 Putting the wires under the panels to hide em. Might need to makea few adjustments…
Great stuff going to fit some of these tomorrow in my Kia Sportage in blue so the blue lights should look great. Thanks for giving me the confidence to do this.
I’m pretty much addicted to LED lights they’re in every room in my crib, so why not put them in my car lol. The back seat was kicking my ass because I Couldn’t figure out how to hide the wires as the one I got is different . After watching this video and using the zip ties. All set now lol
"This is a Honda Accord" - well hello there mate :D I'm thinking of getting this on my "brand new" (first car) 18.5 year old 7th Gen Honda Accord from 2006 :)
Looked good then it blew a fuse... Nice while it lasted (5 minutes)... I placed a replacement order (in app) just wished they included an extra fuse, mine only included 1 already in the cigarette lighter adapter... What fuse did you use??? Do you know if these lights can be hardwired instead of using the adapter???
Awesome video, thank you so much for sharing. I purchased my son and I a set of lights. He installed his however I will try mines later today. I will look for the velcro strip first. 😁😁
I just want these, because one night I dropped my phone and I couldn't find that thing until someone opened the door and it right in front of me like .. 👁👄👁
What I have done to make it look oem plus is cut the wire and wire it behind the 12 volt port with a in line fuse so I retain 12 volt port and have the led
For some reason I used the link you gave and I got a different brand and also they do not stick at all literally I was able to only get it to stick on my passenger side airbag area everything else just wasn’t working
Hey, only one question. Is it possible to "remove" the plug-in part and lie it to the battery or the motor so that everytime i turn on the ligh of the car, it'll automatically turn them on aswell ? I realy love them but i have the button on the plug in thing. Btw, i apologize for my english , i'm french.
Elise Pemberton I have never pulled them off, however it shouldn’t be hard and shouldn’t leave residue. If it does, some simple Goo Gone will do the trick.
Hey bro, I’m having trouble putting my led in the back part of my car. There’s really no where to put it cause there’s no place to stick it on. Also if I were to use screws, idk where I would screw it in my car
GmanJumpman maybe use some zip ties and I was just wondering does the lights turn on and off with the car and does it remember your previous settings with the car
You call dash lights, I call them foot well lights. I have Govee Dreamcolor footwell lights in my three vehicles. Hardwired, I cat the power adapter off and spliced into my cigarette lighterand when I turn the car on they come on and when I turn the car off they I'll go off
So I have a question, since you have to use Bluetooth to connect to the Lights, does that mean I won’t be able to connect to my car Bluetooth to play music and have the lights on at the same time?
Love it. Exactly what I'm looking for. Quick question. When you select the music more for it to go to the beat of the music can you set it to stay on one color while it goes to the music? Or is it randomly choosing colors while you play the music? Reason I ask is I bought one very similar to this recently and sadly it would not let me keep one color on while the music played. This is a feature I'm looking for as my car is red also and want red lights to the music sound. If this is an option I will 100% be buying this. Thanks again for all the great content and look forward to your response back
TheBrownJesus69 With the app you are able to run what color you only want. So it worked for me however just to make sure, ask the company on the amazon link, they can give you even more details. The app has a lot of functions and is quiet intuitive. Good question!
@@KLEANTRIX Thanks for the quick response and as always the great content. Been a subscriber for quite a while and quite a few cars Back lol. Always look forward to your content to see what I can add to my vehicle

Thank you for easy to install video. One question, if I use the 12volt plug in my center armrest, do I have to drill holes in my center armrest to feed the wires? Or are there other alternatives. Thanks.

Thanks for the review. I just ordered one from my nephew for his whip. I also used your link and code. Saved a couple of $$$. You're BOSS!!!!

great video thank you! you made it so much easier. I am going to try zip ties since they came with but the velcro was chefs kiss!

Black wire tape is good to hide the wires if you have black interior

So if you have the remote engine start option when you open the door the light would already be on... That's dope haha
I tried remote starting my Accord with the same LEDs he has, it won't turn on the lights until the car is fully turned on
Thank you so much; I have the same exact car in the same color, and I bought these lights months ago and I couldn’t figure out how to install them

What the extra fuse for? and where would you place it? Just got mine today, looking forward to setting it up, thanks.
Extra fuse goes inside the cigarette lighter nozzle
As someone who works in the Honda manufacturing plants I can conform they are really hallow xD
Me and my friends played a drinking game, of everytime you said "Bad Boy". 2 of them got alcohol poisoning

Do the lights come with the sticky part on the back or do you buy that separate?
Kyla Black it should come with it on the light strip, but I haven’t bought it yet so I can’t confirm
Will it be able to keep up to beat with a sub woofer

Yes you can! However make sure you connect it properly, since you are doing it hard wired.
Yo! Will it consume power on my battery if the engine is off and i didn't unplug it?
It won't. It only uses battery if you have power to the car.

Does it take power when the car is off and led strip off but with the cigarette connector connected?

So I have a question, since you have to use Bluetooth to connect to the Lights, does that mean I won’t be able to connect to my car Bluetooth to play music and have the lights on at the same time?

Will it run the battery down staying in the cig lighter even when the car isn’t on?
Maggie Zumwalt I’d like to know the same thing
Yes, it definitely will. You need to turn the car on for the battery to recharge itself
Red button on the cig lighter can be turned off
So if you turn the button off but leave it plugged in will it still drain the car battery???
@@SpookySpenny no
I wanted to see it with the music

How does it react to music!? Too bad you didn’t show this in your video.
How do you play music with this led light?

it would look better if it was connected directly to the battery
If you know how to route the wires properly, yes it will be better. however I like mine plug and play so it depends on you
