Thank You for your comment! I'm not sure I understand your {O.C. White lamp} comment? I like my old B&S mill. It's been around for many years. Hell it might be as old as I am, almost! How did the "B&S mill", make it in, but the groover tool wind up on the cutting room floor? lol.

Really glad to see this tool in action again. It's still on my to-do list. It'll be a fun project. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful work. Did you cut the gears or did you find a set that fit?

Found them through a gear supplier! Cheapest way to go since I needed the tool sooner than later! Thanks for watching!

How big a diameter can you do before the off centre driver becomes a problem?

Thanks so much for your question! I’m not sure how large a bushing it will handle, I designed it for the average automotive application, say up to 4 inches! But I think one could go much larger, my lathe can handle an item 18”, so theoretically almost anything. The depth of travel is a whole different matter! The depth of travel is about 8”, chatter could be a sticking point! It’s the minimum size that seems to be a concern! The part in the video was just a tad over 1/2”! Without some modifications, I’m at the minimum ID right now!
