Thanks my man. It was really fun watchin you understand Magic. He is the GOAT winner by %.. Seriously.. Look it up. And yeah.. Larry was as a bad ass as they say I saw it all ...and it was glorious
@@mannyneva1760 - Can Magic and Larry flop like LeBron? Sorry. I shouldn't disrespect those two. I think Larry's the GOAT. But Jordan and Magic are up there too, a few others are as well.

Magic was extremely versatile. That Game 6 against Philly starting in Kareem's place shows this and shows he had a lot more scoring punch than he was given credit for. Couldn't shoot like Bird but when the situation called for it, he could still pump in the points. I have him a close 4th all time behind Bird, both behind Russell and Wilt.
I always liked when the Lakers would go big and small at the same time. They go big in the backcourt with Cooper (6'7") and Magic (6'9"). Then go small up front with Worthy (6'9"), A.C. Green (6'9") and Mychal (Klay's Daddy) Thompson (6'10"). They could almost switch everything. They had quick feet and long arms. That lineup was TOUGH.
Important NBA history!!!! The Lakers announcer that you hear on the video is named chick Hearn. Laker announcer for 47 years. He created many of the basketball terms that are used every day. Finger roll, slam dunk, dribble drive…. (chickisms… look it up) The greatest non-player impact in NBA history. He is responsible for the language used when talking about basketball everywhere in the world.
I hope you understand now, how old school guys like me, get out on the open courts today, and wipe our whole a$$ with these young bux. We growed up on Magic, Bird, MJ, Barkley, Pip, Stock, Malone, Ewing, etc...
Your reactions were hilarious......I watched nearly all of that happen live in the '80s! Remember, when he took over in that finals game and won it for them, he started at center but played all 5 positions at some point in the game....as a 20 year old rookie.....the only rookie EVER to win "Finals MVP"! He was special! There's a REALLY good documentary about Magic and Bird called "Magic & Bird: A Courtship of Rivals"......I HIGHLY recommend checking it out!
There was respect amongst players back then. I grew up a laker fan watching magic. Great Reaction. Watching him was always a Highlight real

"Big Game James" James Worthy. Dude was a beast. One of the quickest first steps ever.
Got it boss, he’s on the list now🙏🏾
They say Lebron can pass like Magic 😂
Hey i'm a Larry bird guy die hard to my grave, watched him and Magic play in the 80's. Lebron is great, but he not even close to Magic in passing.
@@battagliarandy8073 he ain’t close to Bird
@@mannyneva1760 you are correct.

Greatest PG of all time. It’s not even even a question to me.
I did grow up with a Magic Johnson poster on my wall. So I do have some bias.
YESSSSS, THAT WAS LIVE! 😊 ALLLLLL OF IT AND IT WAS LOTSAAAAA FUN TO BE DOWN AT THE FORUM IN THE 80'S💯😊

I smell a Jordan mix tape reaction
He, Magic, has a ton more of highlights. He passed and drove the lane like that multiple times a night.
None of this passing stuff made any sense to me until I studied your calculations.
😂😂
James Worthy’s name was “Big Game James” cause in every big game he showed up and showed out nuff said
