Sir actually 6 ATP are formed in glycolysis in aerobic condition??
It is 7 ATP as 2 are from glycolysis and 5 ATP are from oxidation of NADH in respiratory chain.
What is the difference between mutase and isomerase
Mutase simply produces positional isomers where position of a group like phosphate is changed. On the other hand, isomerase produces functional isomers. For example, isomerase can change aldose into ketose.
