One thing ive noticed about rocket league is it always looks way easier when your watching it versus when your playing.. me and my friend are both C2 and when i watch his streams it does LOOK like everyones a bot making huge mistakes but when im in game everything feels faster, more intense, im thinking about a bunch of things at once, its just much harder to capitalize in game in real time.. i agree with people it does LOOK easier but i also know its not easier then my lobbies it just seems so simple when your not the one playing
When you're watching someone play, you just have to watch and then judge what happened. When you're playing, you have to predict what will happen next, think of ways on how to deal with that, judge these options, decide for one of these options and then execute the move. It's way more things happening in the same amount of time.
Love the videos, very helpful, thank you for content. The last game looked like a regular GC/ champ game that I always lose. I understand I'm not perfect, but what can you do when the chemistry is bad. Playing second man is easy, but not when you have a teammate that is constantly cutting in and "back passing" then flames you for not going for ball or being out of position. When you play 200+ games in the same rank you seem to get those teammates a lot. Also love it when they DC/AFK a minute into the game. 🤷
Video idea: give a training pack out-have viewers send in their attempts no cuts in there clips-guess their rank and say what they are doing wrong or right
Can confirm that c1/c2 looks a lot similar with the odd one out here and there. Biggest thing holding me back is not being able to half flip, or speed flip, dribbles also not best. So yeah got long way to go
The one thing that pisses me off though about these series is these downgrading comments about every rank really messes with my head and while im queuing i can notice i stop respecting my opponents and completely disregard their capabilities on offense and defense because well “this rank sucks” and its actually really hard to get the right mindset back

When you can't help what your teammate decides to do, try playing around them and covering for them, stay upfield more if they have a tendency to just boot the ball centre, if you observe your teammates tendencies you can use them as assets instead of treating them like liabilities

Solo queueing is not the way. Too many toxic teammates out there that send you down the ladder to feed their narcissism rather than win and rank up. I am overwhelmed with happiness when I run into a good teammate.. Just too few and far between unfortunately.
