it's the water liquid temps not the CPU chip temps :)
cheers for clarification, and it is still annoying how there can be such a huge temp difference.
if it was me I will check the contact between the AIO and the CPU. Sometimes if there isn't good contact, the heat between CPU and AIO isn't transferred properly that will result in high CPU temps and cold AIO temps :)
^Agreed, there shouldn't be such a large differential. My guess would be poor contact or maybe not screwed into place correctly.
