Is she still bad in large scale with struggling to burst people down
She does ok now that the animations are quicker. Great for moving around a fight wherever you want, not so great if you get caught in a bunch of random AoE shit while moving. High DP and Acc buffs help though. I would say shes "decent" but there are obviously better choices.
