A Day in the Life of a Principal

FHSD tags along with Dr. Bridgett Niedringhaus, principal of Castlio Elementary, for a day to catch a glimpse of the variety and multitude of tasks she and her assistant principals, Tim Scholle and Katie Orf, perform. From assessing child safety plans to coaching her staff to get the best out of their students and themselves, Dr. Niedringhaus and principals like her don't ever have a "normal" day; but every day is a chance to make a difference in the life of a child, staff member, or her community.
