State ref....in nazifornia if a performance upgrade part has been put on your car, you have to take your car to the state BAR and get that part ref, meaning it will be given a part number to show that it's smog legal. It's l bs crap that we Californians have to deal with.

I second the recommendation for gloves. I keep a pair in each of my cars to protect the suede wheels.

Did you have to replace the metal prongs to release the bag onto the new wheel?
I actually forgot to film it, but i used the same ones from my oem steering wheel and put them on the new wheel!

it was a faulty hyperblink module, i got it replaced and it fixed the issue!
