    Hi!
    I have a few questions:
    1. Moving a delayed activity in an area forward to keep the trade flow also "hurts" all the following subcontractors trade flow by not having a new area to work on for one takt/cycle? One takt could be several days or weeks depending on the work and they have often committed their crew to work on the site for a duration of time. If there isnt to much else to do on their "work backlog" on site and this delay comes suddenly they need to send their crew away to another site if they have any? How would you handle the situation?
    2. If one subcontractor isnt committing to the time schedule, not delivering finished work on time for the following trades, eating up the project buffers etc.. How would you get them to keep the time schedule? Would you "step in", take charge and help them? Would you consider having them work over time and weekends? Would you remind them of the economical consequences of a delayed project when the buffers are gone?

      1. That is why we always plan workable backlog.
      2. I haven’t experienced this. To your point we would address it kept happening.
