New BT3 cutscene glitch, how to use in speedruns

here's the new bt3 glitch, done by doing a super 1 frame after using the cutscene trigger. combining it with another glitch (skipping a cutscene on the first frame to maintain previous fighter positions) lets you save time on frieza and cell. there is a lot more to this glitch and the position glitch, and im still not done exploring its potential, so there may be more use for this yet. nice to finally have a real glitch in the speedrun.
