it is a cool concept but in retrospect the "future trunks what if saga" eventually just gets dumbed down to a slightly altered retelling of the majin buu saga but with weird time traveling shenanigans mixed in with movie characters (+ bardock and future gohan) thrown into the story just for the sake of it. It's a real shame that we never got a new "Budokai" Installment since 2008 where both "Burst Limit" and "Infinite Worlds" were very Underperformed and Poorly Received leaving it completely Dormant for a very Long Time, however though, the Spirit of the "Budokai" series still Lives on in the "Xenoverse" series, Since Spike Chunsoft is going back to their Roots of the "Tenkaichi" series with "Sparking Zero" on the Horizon, I hope that Dimps would do the same thing for going back to their Roots of the "Budokai" series again.

Shin Budokai 2 still play it to this day
The magnet in my pocket that could absolutely destroy this 😂
Infinite World probably has the best soundtrack in the Budokai series just for the credits theme and Namek world theme alone.
I had a few of them on my psp. Best memories
I feel like Burst Limit also counts
Yes definitely
Yup it's basically Shin Budokai 3 minor some feature's
@@TheSayanTurtle I haven't finished or played both of them (neither did I finish the Budokai series) I haven't finished a lot of DB games honestly
He mentioned it.
Really cool video, but a small errata to it: Bardock is not a new character to Shin Budokai Another Road, he was already an unlockable in Budokai 3. As well as Syn Shenron, he was unlockable in the Budokai 3 as well as was then reused on Infinite World.
Infinite World is literally the perfect budokai game ! My fav of all times !
Infinte world will be always my favourite
Loved the psp game back in the days
It's a real shame that we never got a new "Budokai" Installment since 2008 where both "Burst Limit" and "Infinite Worlds" were very Underperformed and Poorly Received leaving it completely Dormant for a very Long Time, however though, the Spirit of the "Budokai" series still Lives on in the "Xenoverse" series,
Since Spike Chunsoft is going back to their Roots of the "Tenkaichi" series with "Sparking Zero" on the Horizon, I hope that Dimps would do the same thing for going back to their Roots of the "Budokai" series again.
I wish I had Infinite World so I could have had a first hand experience with it while it was new
I have mever played Infinite World, but any game where Free,a gets to finger Piccolo to death is a sublime experience I have GOT to try.
Infinite World feels like the definitive Budokai game, except for the story mode. Nothing can hold a candle to the Budokai 3 Story Mode
I always saw gameplay for Infinite World just as another Budokai money grab, but after watching your review I'm definitely going to check it out now
I played evolution, gameplay is honestly fun. Love Shin Budokai and Another Road, super fun games.
No beam clashes in infinite world is the only thing it has budokai 3 over it looks so dope
I played Infinite World more than Budokai Tenkaichi 3. Loved the minigames in story mode.
Technically even Burst limit was a budokai spinoff. The last one actually since then the Tenkaichi spinoff took over in raging blast to Kakarot and the online games with all the characters
Infinite world was the one I had as a kid. It was honestly really fun, and I played the hell out of it. It was REALLY grindy though.
That's the one DBZ game I want to play I might have to emulate it
@@TheSayanTurtle gamesgx
never heard of any of these. it's nice to see these games actually did well. though i think 3 is still the best but infinite world is a close second. u can honestly play both of these and feel like both are the definitive games for budokai. just cuz of the differences between the 2 and some replaced characters
You know what we haven't gotten yet? A dragon ball z game where we get to play through the whole storyline as goku. Call me original, but I'm just putting that out there.
broo i actually wish i played IW, gonma try and get it soon, probably gonna get a new controller for my ps3 and get it
