yes, these treatments are permanent, but you have to see the treatment through to the end (until the hairs become terminal), then don't stop applying it all of a sudden, but stop gradually, for example: once a day for 1 month, then once every twice day for 1 month, twice a week (Monday morning and evening, Friday morning and evening) etc... and finally, you have to be patient. Personally, it took me 2 years to achieve my goals.
