Wow…he is brilliant and you allowed him to talk and you asked insightful questions that gave him a great format to work within. I retired from 40 years of being a woman in full time ministry. I’ve never heard THIS conversation and was always called Director of Discipleship to be able to get around the “Pastor” title, even though I did all the work of a Pastor. It never caused an issue for me because I could still do what I was passionate about and my generation didn’t buck the system.😉 It is so nice to know the conversation and understanding of Biblical text is changing for the next generation of women.
