as a single, childless bachelor I feel obligated to defend Totino's Party Pizza. what Jack isn't saying is that Totino's is by far the cheapest frozen pizza in your grocer's freezer. when you are poor/lonely/an alcoholic, Totino's is one of your best friends. Totino's is the ramen noodles of frozen pizza.
1st pizza looks like it could have been in another 3 minutes or so. Edit: All the pizzas could have used a couple more minutes. A lot of flavor comes from browning the cheese.
Also, I wish this guy would've cooked his pizzas before attempting to do taste tests. The way he eats them uncooked like that...of course they're gonna be gross.
I almost skipped forward when you dissed the totinos... The normal pepperoni (not triple) I think is awesome when cooked directly on the oven rack. The crust is crispy and flaky, pepperoni flavor is good. I grew up on them lol. The one you had looked too greasy, probably due to the extra pepperoni.
To be completely honest. I personally think Amy's pizza is the best frozen food pizza. It just taste to fresh and delicious and it has the perfect crust for a pizza. Not to mention it's all natural and has plenty of organic ingredients.
Screaming Sicilian also has a version with 5-6 two inch mozerella rounds on it... It's fantastic, but the cheese doesn't melt thoroughly and the crust pays for it
You should try the Homerun Premium pizza! I have had many frozen pizzas but this one is the tastiest. I always get the classic pepperoni. It's simple but awesome!

Here in Chicago, there's an entire aisle in the grocery store dedicated to frozen pizza. No idea why considering how much good pie can get gotten fresh in this city. Even the best pizza recipe is gonna suck if the crust isn't crispy and it seems like most frozen pizzas just can't get crispy.
California pizza kitchen is also pretty delicious (I recommend the sicilian flavor). However, they aren't the most filling, particularly for their price range.
we usually add extra toppings and cheese. the Sicilian one ive never seen. the party pizzas run about $1.25 to $1.75, but on sale or with coupons about a buck. i just eat bologna sandwiches when the kids want them lol. you get what you pay for most times.
Sometimes if im putting onions n butter or miracle whip and onion with/or tomatoes. the extra thick stuff is good like that. One of the big comfort foods,lol.

I am so glad that I actually had a Jacks Pizza BEFORE seeing this review, otherwise I would have missed out on a great pizza. Like the other viewers stated, you under cooked the Jacks Pizza... the crust needed more time and heck the cheese wasn’t even melted yet. Their Bacon Cheeseburger is my favorite one.
Jack if you ever make it to Italy order a pizza. There you won't find much for cheese or toppings. Plus the Totino is good when your 3 sheets into the wind at 2 in the morning. Lol great show

Hey Jack. Since getting my KitchenAid stand mixer for Christmas, I find it's easier and way cheaper to make my own pizza. It's great to use for leftovers such as leftover Manwich meat and for making crazy pizzas like Mexican taco pizza. Thanks for the vid!
Do you have the take and bake places there? Theres a few nearby here like Papa Murphys and a local chain called Mama Mimis They prepare them fresh and you bring them home a throw them in the oven....I definitely prefer those over the big delivery chains or frozen from the grocery when I get an urge for a pizza.
Hey Jack; Have you ever considered adding in the "Take-N-Bake" pizzas they make at Sam's Club & Wal Mart and reviewing those? I don't buy frozen pizza very often but when I do it's usually one of those since they have a hardy helping of toppings, the crust is decent, and they taste good imo. Closest thing I get to pizza when I can't dish out $25 for a real pie. :)

Maybe worth checking out if you are interested. Not that I am saying Costco is the same as Sam's. Just saying a similar video exists if you are interested in watching.
Ya, every so often I'll buy the meat lovers from Sam's and it'll have loads of bacon, pepperoni, and sausage on it. Of course it's more of a treat than anything. So I'll only get them once every three or so months. I also bought the one from Wal Mart that was just bacon a few weeks ago and it was pretty good. It gets nice and crispy being a thin crust. :)

They are a take n bake shop so their products are fresh made on site w lots of meat, sauce, and veggies. My four year old loves them. Here in my Minnesota we have some fantastic local frozen pizza companies that I would rather have than most restaurant pizzas. Heggies, LotzaMottza to name a couple.
You should check out Stouffers French Bread pepperoni pizza if you do a part 3. The outer dough gets nice a crispy while the inner dough stays soft and fluffy. I highly recommend it.

shiitty2011 Ahh the memories... when I was in high school you could buy those Totino's pizzas for 68 cents. I think now they're anywhere from 98 cents to $1.12 now, depending where you buy them. Not a top rate pizza but sorta ranked like Ramen noodles. (You could survive on them if you had to.)
I just caught this video... we will have to try the SS pizza if we can find it here in west Texas, although personally, I don't like salty sauces. IMO, all those pizzas looked under cooked. I've had most of the varieties he mentioned in videos 1 & 2 and we prefer Red Barron for value and selection. We use the Presto Pizzazz Pizza Oven which allows one to control the upper and lower burners independently (Lower/Upper/Dual) so we can control exactly how well the top and crust are cooked... Also it has its own timer so if you forget you have a pizza in... it won't smoke up the kitchen. I highly recommend it. It makes a big difference on how the pizza tastes. Before we had our Presto, Totino's always turn out better in a conventional oven directly on the rack, you get a light, crispy, airy crust... however the wife doesn't like the sweet sauce.
the mambo's pizza is generally really good whenever i've had it. this other brand that i've seen in Illinois at Mariano's is Roundy's and they have a great Margherita pizza
I haven't had a Totino's Party Pizza in a few years, but I really like them, they don't taste at all like pizza, they have their own artificial flavor that just works, but make sure you are drunk or high while eating it though, that is a requirement.
We've had all of these pizzas at our house at one time or another. The Totino's Party Pizza I only dared serve to the kids for lunch when they were little and had a half-day off from school. Cheap Jack's pizza (the kind you tested) I've served on "pizza night" when it was on sale and the food budget was tight; Teresa's thin crust pizza (black label background) is my preferred choice for cheap frozen pizza, though, as it actually browns quite nicely within the manufacturer's suggested cooking time. (Most pizzas require a little longer than the recommended cooking time to achieve my pizza-loving spouse's desired degree of doneness.) DiGiorno's Pizzeria line is OK for nicer pizzas with us -- but I prefer their original Rising Crust version. Agreed as to the high quality of Screaming Sicilian pizza; I just wish they carried the pepperoni version in our local supermarket! (I usually end up buying "Bessie's Revenge" (plain cheese) and a separate package of pepperoni, and adding our own pepperoni that way; half a small package of pepperoni tops a 12" frozen pizza quite generously.) I will watch with interest any further installments in your frozen pizza reviews, as my spouse insists on "pizza night" at least once a week, so I'm always looking for good-quality pizzas.
There are cheese and sausage varieties of Screamin' Sicilian Pizza at both my local supermarket and the local Walmart -- but Walmart is the only area store which also carries the pepperoni version.
Nothing beats homemade. Personally, I really like making French bread pizzas, from ready made French bread, topped with cheese, black olives, and jalapenos.
I really like the frozen pizzas from California Pizza Kitchen. I can only find them at Sam's Club. Totino's is absolutely disgusting. I guess there's a reason why it's only $1 at Walmart.

One thing you missed was on the back of the box (Screamin Sicilian Pizza) there's a pop out mustache for kids to wear lol I'm glad the Screamin Sicilian was your favorite it's all we buy here too bad it only comes and cheese and pepperoni so far at least around here but what we do is buy the pepperoni and add some other toppings they are quite expensive but you get what you pay for. The best frozen pizza's in addition to the Screamin Sicilian ( had it , it is as good as you say ) : Amy's Organic , American Flatbread and Trader Joe's , I think American Flatbread takes the cake though , seriously. Ive heard Home Run Inn is amazing , Ive yet to find it in the Philly area though , its from Chicago.

Fried bologna sandwich with Dukes mayo, tomato and onion. Same for uncooked Bologna. Side of Vlasic or Mt Olive pickles. This is pure heaven.

the pizza is a little under cooked for my liking .but great video and the tortinos pizza i buy all the time i love them.

Any frozen pizza can use a drizzle of a good olive oil before cooking, i use Olio Carli extra virgin
Totinos is delicious u have to crisp it more but it's flakey and crunchy when cooked properly

It's not in every store. My favorite frozen pizza is Uno's. Nice chunks of tomato sauce and you can really taste the cornmeal in the flour.

Also it has its own timer so if you forget you have a pizza in... it won't smoke up the kitchen. I highly recommend it. It makes a big difference on how the pizza tastes. Before we had our Presto, Totino's always turn out better in a conventional oven directly on the rack, you get a light, crispy, airy crust... however the wife doesn't like the sweet sauce.
the mambo's pizza is generally really good whenever i've had it. this other brand that i've seen in Illinois at Mariano's is Roundy's and they have a great Margherita pizza
Use your broiler! Im always switching racks to get the crust right too :D
I haven't had a Totino's Party Pizza in a few years, but I really like them, they don't taste at all like pizza, they have their own artificial flavor that just works, but make sure you are drunk or high while eating it though, that is a requirement.
Pizza stone would help out a lot with cooking them

We've had all of these pizzas at our house at one time or another. The Totino's Party Pizza I only dared serve to the kids for lunch when they were little and had a half-day off from school. Cheap Jack's pizza (the kind you tested) I've served on "pizza night" when it was on sale and the food budget was tight; Teresa's thin crust pizza (black label background) is my preferred choice for cheap frozen pizza, though, as it actually browns quite nicely within the manufacturer's suggested cooking time. (Most pizzas require a little longer than the recommended cooking time to achieve my pizza-loving spouse's desired degree of doneness.) DiGiorno's Pizzeria line is OK for nicer pizzas with us -- but I prefer their original Rising Crust version. Agreed as to the high quality of Screaming Sicilian pizza; I just wish they carried the pepperoni version in our local supermarket! (I usually end up buying "Bessie's Revenge" (plain cheese) and a separate package of pepperoni, and adding our own pepperoni that way; half a small package of pepperoni tops a 12" frozen pizza quite generously.)
I will watch with interest any further installments in your frozen pizza reviews, as my spouse insists on "pizza night" at least once a week, so I'm always looking for good-quality pizzas.
There are cheese and sausage varieties of Screamin' Sicilian Pizza at both my local supermarket and the local Walmart -- but Walmart is the only area store which also carries the pepperoni version.
Why no CPK ? It's one of the best i've tried.
Nothing beats homemade. Personally, I really like making French bread pizzas, from ready made French bread, topped with cheese, black olives, and jalapenos.
I really like the frozen pizzas from California Pizza Kitchen. I can only find them at Sam's Club.
Totino's is absolutely disgusting. I guess there's a reason why it's only $1 at Walmart.

One thing you missed was on the back of the box (Screamin Sicilian Pizza) there's a pop out mustache for kids to wear lol I'm glad the Screamin Sicilian was your favorite it's all we buy here too bad it only comes and cheese and pepperoni so far at least around here but what we do is buy the pepperoni and add some other toppings they are quite expensive but you get what you pay for. The best frozen pizza's in addition to the Screamin Sicilian ( had it , it is as good as you say ) : Amy's Organic , American Flatbread and Trader Joe's , I think American Flatbread takes the cake though , seriously. Ive heard Home Run Inn is amazing , Ive yet to find it in the Philly area though , its from Chicago.
