If the Ukrainian corporation ends up with the total plans and resources needed for the self-production of these drones, then it will be totally independent and have domestic production of these drones. Another idea is that the Turkish corporation may be sending the drone in parts, leaving the Ukrainian corporation to assemble and complete the production of the Bairaktar.
