CAKE Ingredients
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
150 ml vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sour cream
8g vanillin
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
BAKE
Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
add cake dough into 2 small baking pans
bake about 25 minutes
CREAM PREPERATION
2 tablespoon condensed milk
2 tablespoon mascarpone cheese
2 cup heavy cream
4g vanillin
CHOCOLATE PREPERATION
1 cup chocolate
100 ml heavy cream
50 gram butter
ASSEMBLY & decorate
Cut the cake into two layers.
Stack the layers on top of each other for a beautifully layered cake
apply the homemade cream onto each layer
Spread melted chocolate over the top of the cake, ensuring it drips down the sides to cover the entire surface
add mushroom cookies to decorate
