They didn’t have a choice, the direction they were heading looked more like many hit wonders. What a trio and still loved 63 years later!!! No other one hit wonders had such an emotional story like these guys had. Just imagine looking at your father in his coffin and being older than your father!!! Cause the Big Bopper died around the age of 28 and his son Jay P Richardson was a lot older when the Big Boppers coffin was exhumed. Poor Jay that was the first time he had seen his father. RIP to all three of these great men and god bless all their families.
I and many people and fans of great music have already seen the great movies “The Buddy Holly Story” and “La Bamba” about Richie Valens (Valenzuela). We look forward to seeing a great movie about the Big Bopper some day in our lifetime. I also try to imagine some of the great music that might have been but that I don’t really know.
So sad x I think a movie needs to be made again ! Although labamba and the buddy holly story was amazing we need a more accurate and detailed story . Maybe a long series made on all 3 lives x

If the Hilton family or someone like them that inherited money or earned it or (won the lottery) is rich enough to not work a regular job and able to enjoy life and help their family....who cares? ...good for them.
