To calm down...I become aware of something I can identify with each of the five senses. What do I hear, was do I see, what do I feel, etc. That or just go out side and breathe in fresh air, take in nature. feel connected with the world and the universe.

Love this one. Try hard not to let the haunting background music upset me. I haven't seen my family (5000 miles away) in a year and a half and they won't meet my 3 month old daughter til who knows when. Meanwhile I'm trying to hold down a challenging full-time job, look after her (and my 4 yo daughter when daycare is closed) and keep the house running while my husband goes out to work. All on barely any sleep and zero downtime or chance for creativity/hobbies. I feel hopeless, homesick and exhausted. Thank you for making life a little less stressful and overwhelming for 20 minutes ❤️
Why it was with an advertising block with annoying Vishen?! Or whoever... Hard to stay calm while seeing another ad... It’s obvious, I guess... We love you fondly! But please, please... No ads in meditations!
Thanks again for this wonderful meditation. My mind kept wondering, to stressful things. Struggled to get back to breath. I still don't know what breathing technique is good for me. But I'm on the journey

I will practice this daily, however Even though I practice infinity breadth preceded by slow breathing upon waking each morning ... I am not comfortable with infinity breadth . I will continue to practice it though, Namaste Love and Light ❤️

Today For Davidji I will sit under the Japanese maple It’s lace shadows will cover my closed eyes I will sit And the butterfly will land On my shoulder And when I breathe It will fly away I will sit And the breeze will sing a song I have not heard in a long while And continue lifting away I will sit And my cat will lay beside me Surveying its backyard kingdom Focusing on a small creature And depart I will sit And my thoughts , like radio Frequency messages will pulse Between clarity and static Coming and going Oh what friends there will be to meet!

I really enjoy your meditations but for some reason I felt extreme anxiety with this one. Any suggestions? It was really strange. I felt like I would stop breathing focusing on infinity breathing.
no worries, Faith! infinity breathing is a more advanced breathing exercise, and it is something that you can work your way up to overtime. for now, just take deep breaths at a pace that feels comfortable to you. there is no need to force yourself to do anything that does not feel right to your body.
