Thanks for all the tutorial videos! Would it be possible to consult you on my issue: My deebot has a loud suction noise every time it starts to clean, but it doesn't sound like there is any plastic piece. It just turns to max suction all the time. What could be the issue here?
Nice channel! The videos help me troubleshoot my deebot. Looks like my deboot issue is that the front plate/bumper is scratched so much that the device can't see the markers from the charging pad. Would you know where I can order a spare part (NA Ecovacs seem to not sell parts) or repair the existing one? I wonder if I can polish the transparent plastic... Thanks.
