Would be cool if they renovated the "house" into a high scale apartment maybe turn the roof into a green roof. Sure there's someone out there that would rent the house

I read the owner wanted to do that to the house and building but the city wouldn't okay it due to the building being historical

I remember the Christmas parties Al Gordon used to have. Also cleaning seven floors of furniture, Not so much fun. My dad was shipping mananger for Penfield. Lots of fun times and yes us kids used to go up to the house on the roof.
