Hey man, your routine speaks to me a lot! Spending time to read, take notes. Keeping the routine simple and not cluttering it with a complex morning, evening, pre-neight routine (like you see in other youtube videos) Overall, great stuff. Thank you for this video, hope you do well

@@benscyberlife I personally, over multiple years of experimentation keep coming to the same conclusion "Simplicity is the key" I used to have a complex note-taking organizational system using notion, but now I just use a pen and paper it's so less anxiety enducing. I used to have a complex morning routine, reduced it to brushing and getting to work
