- Off the top of my head thoughts on how we view ourselves verses how others see us. With out change, evolution and growth we stay stuck and stubborn.

I know for myself I hold a high standard. I am kind,caring, and introverted. But I am an honest to a fault person as well. I feel being nice had people treating me like a door mat. I refuse to be nice. I am kinda,but there is enough A-hole in my genes that comes out if another person imposes their Alinner A-hole onto myself. I am only truly bothered if it comes from someone I truly care for and/or respect. This video will have me thinking for a while. Thanks for the content Jesse. Much love & respect. ❤

To boil it all down, which I need to do in order to understand: Learn the difference between being nice and kindness. Be kind not nice. Stay humble, listen, learn, and embrace confrontation. Great words of wisdom Jesse and thanks so much, this was very inspirational for me
i ve been thinking about the same concept for a long time ... been on both sides... for me the problem was always the approach to each individual... you need to know them well enough to use the right words to pass the message across...ego is an awful thing and a huge block in listening
