Rolled out of bed and went to walk down to my favorite place by the river to think and meditate. I find the river is gone! It has changed its course and found the path of least resistance through the forest. This is my third “river metaphor video” because I find it to be such a powerful teacher.
This all led to me thinking about change and adaptation.
