I was just watching both parts in a row… what a pleasure to listen to you Gentlemen and thank you both very much for sharing your history and knowledge in such a relaxed ambiance. And funny enough, i am one of the guys who asked you a question a couple of weeks ago, about a tiny, little Ladys PP pocket watch. Just to let you know, i bought it and i love that little gem. So thank you very much for taking the time to look into it and actually getting back to me with your thoughts about it. Kind regards from Zürich.
I've already said in prior comment sections on Collectability that I love the podcast and content -- but I feel the constant need to reiterate time and again on every upload because, for us watch geeks, these pods are the most educational when it comes to all things horology -- especially Patek (of course). Cheers gents and merry Christmas.
mark berliner is one of the best watch collectors out there who gets so little notice - he is so knowledgeable and always helps people and educates them. So glad you have given him his due.
Thank you 🙏 Great video. In your opinion and recommendations, what would be the most economical and durable entry level Patek that I should look into buying. Thank you.

John, great interview, very entertaining and informative. The two of you looked like you were having a good time talking and reminiscing. Thanks much.
Thank you for listening and it was indeed great fun to talk about the good ole days!
loved the conversation! John, you're an absolute professional and it's really fun when your professionalism leans into casual, humerous

Two charming gentlemen casually telling us what to know. Much new wisdom acquired, and previous experiences validated.
Thankyou John for all of the info you provide the Patek community. Another great interview.
Loved this! Thank you for sharing your insights and knowledge
fantastic conversation!
Lovely content!
Curious as to the reason why the archive price used to be a lot lower and is now around $600.
All I can say is the new price point is indeed painful....
This podcast would be 10x better if b roll was involved on the watches you were talking about. Or even just images!!
Thank you 🙏
Great video.

For vintage, Marc's answer is 3445. For modern, John's answer is 3919.
@@johnreardon3158thank you so much for the recommendations. Appreciate your time 🙏 🇨🇦
Gentlemen you need to put pictures of the watches you are talking to spice things a little bit...
I’m furious someone shipped a watch to you within a sock. I wish those people would ship with more care
I have even received watches in envelopes with no padding... its so sad to see what people sometimes do!
Please find me a Patel lighter!
I have an Ellipse lighter now available but it doesn't work.... it makes for a great paperweight! DM if you would like more info.
