I like this QKZ x HBB so much, it's suit my preferences! 7z Salnotes Zero somewhat lacks the punch on the low-mid, male vocal is better in QKZ z HBB. Now I pair it with Spinfit CP-145 and accessories like KZ AZ90 Pro bluetooth 5.2, to replace my TWS entirely. Everyday daily driver for a budget value class.
@@dantefpsgaming I found better one, that will make Khan more detailed in mid and highs, it's Moondrop Spring Tips eartips. It's better because it has a large opening which makes the mids and highs more present. Also, the fit is awesome, but beware if you regularly use M size, choose L size for Moondrop Spring Tips, because the L size is not that big and similar compared to another eartips with M size. About KZ AZ90, do not choose regular, choose Pro version which is KZ AZ90 Pro. I still have it, and still okay for converting regular cabled IEM as TWS, but I think it's not suitable after all for Khan, because Khan needs more power. You still can use it, but it's more suitable in desktop DAC/AMP or high-end dongle DAC/AMP scenario. Now I'm using FiiO BTR15 (portable/dongle DAC/AMP which has wireless LDAC codec), to make it wireless. It still needs a cable from DAC/AMP to IEM, though, but it doesn't need a cable for phone to DAC/AMP side of things.
@@dantefpsgaming oh my bad, I thought it was Khan video. For Moondrop Spring Tips, it will also be great for regular QKZ HBB, and it's a great pair with KZ AZ90 Pro since it's so efficient, not needing much power to drive. In fact, it's what I use with KZ AZ90 Pro for a long time until now.
is the QKZ x HBB similar to KZ EdX Ultra? I have Chu CRA 7hz salnotes zero and EDX Ultra by now Chu sounds trash to me shouty and metallic sometimes no bass There's a whisling treble in vocals I don't like that maybe you're calling that "more clarity" Fixed with other tips but sounds dry 7hz salnotes zero sounds more refined much transparent and balanced actually 7hz salnotes zero has better imaging and soundstage much wider than Chu 7hz salnotes zero sometimes can sound laid back or harsh..... KZ EdX Ultra wide soundstage also but sometimes muddy and too sharp in sssssss sounds CCA CRA has strongest bass and most harsh treble EdX Ultra gets more sharper but CRA is harsh So I think QKZ is using same driver found in EdX Ultra and CRA Because all 3 drivers look Absolutely same The box cable shells and plastic build of QKZ looks exactly similar to CRA or EDX Ultra
Not sure about the EDX Ultra Thanks for sharing your opinion. I feel 7Hz is more general acceptable because of its well covered sounds. I'm just one weird guy who like vocal to be extremely sharp . Maybe EDX / CRA could be the same with bit diff. tuning. Planning to get a IEM tester kit some time next year to plot some graphs to compare (tho so far listening by ear then checking people's graph... still accurate despite being a biological test by ears)
@@BitsTribe Yeah if you like very sharp vocals EdX Ultra is good for you it's sharp in sssss sounds or female vocals Bass is similar as QKZ CRA has wider soundstage cleaner and more powerful Sub bass or bass CRA treble can be fatiguing but it's clearer than edx ultra I'd prefer 7hz salnotes zero sound over all of these even over Chu Biggest soundstage most cleaner and refined sound But 7hz zero lacks bass I wished it could've had +3 dB more sub bass Chu has intense upper midrange too brittle and harsh It's not sharp by any means but it's harsh That whisling treble in vocals is fine but sometimes it's annoying It got fixed by Final E eartips But treble became muted somehow These don't have any details in upper treble at all The Sennheiser CX 180 has far better mids and treble than all of these And also CX180 has strongest sub bass like Subwoofer it hits hard and it goes away comes back when needed CRA has 2nd strongest sub bass but it's thin CX180 sub bass is more cleaner and fuller mids are forward treble is nicer sparkly You can even hear background Instruments in very busy tracks While in 7hz zero and Chu the background Instruments are absent You can't hear them there's no definition past 10khz

I have Chu CRA 7hz salnotes zero and EDX Ultra by now
Chu sounds trash to me shouty and metallic sometimes no bass
There's a whisling treble in vocals I don't like that maybe you're calling that "more clarity"
Fixed with other tips but sounds dry
7hz salnotes zero sounds more refined much transparent and balanced actually
7hz salnotes zero has better imaging and soundstage much wider than Chu
7hz salnotes zero sometimes can sound laid back or harsh.....
KZ EdX Ultra wide soundstage also but sometimes muddy and too sharp in sssssss sounds
CCA CRA has strongest bass and most harsh treble
EdX Ultra gets more sharper but CRA is harsh
So I think QKZ is using same driver found in EdX Ultra and CRA
Because all 3 drivers look Absolutely same

@@BitsTribe Yeah if you like very sharp vocals EdX Ultra is good for you it's sharp in sssss sounds or female vocals Bass is similar as QKZ
CRA has wider soundstage cleaner and more powerful Sub bass or bass
CRA treble can be fatiguing but it's clearer than edx ultra
I'd prefer 7hz salnotes zero sound over all of these even over Chu
Biggest soundstage most cleaner and refined sound
But 7hz zero lacks bass I wished it could've had +3 dB more sub bass
Chu has intense upper midrange too brittle and harsh
It's not sharp by any means but it's harsh
That whisling treble in vocals is fine but sometimes it's annoying
It got fixed by Final E eartips
But treble became muted somehow
These don't have any details in upper treble at all
The Sennheiser CX 180 has far better mids and treble than all of these
And also CX180 has strongest sub bass like Subwoofer it hits hard and it goes away comes back when needed
CRA has 2nd strongest sub bass but it's thin
CX180 sub bass is more cleaner and fuller mids are forward treble is nicer sparkly
You can even hear background Instruments in very busy tracks
While in 7hz zero and Chu the background Instruments are absent
You can't hear them there's no definition past 10khz
In terms of bass yeah and highs but on mids the qkz hbb have more thick note in voices male female but the ultra have better seperation airy mid notes
