100 Egg Yolk Pasta

- Homemade pasta is soft, velvety, and smooth. It's completely different from anything you can get from a box. And, get this. Things become even better when you add a delicious creamy sauce, truffles, and high-end mushrooms such as morels and wood ear. And perhaps even a bit of edible gold, too. This pasta we've made today is therefore special for so many reasons, but I've even gone so far as to use 100 egg yolks in our dough. That's right. One. Hundred. Yolks.
That's a lot of eggs. And it was also lots of fresh pasta for my lucky neighbors. I did this to show you that, if I can make a massive fresh pasta dough with 100 eggs, you can do it with just three. Or five. I mean, at this point, you really have no excuse. Just go make some fresh pasta.

We forage for those mushrooms for 2 weeks while there out we live in Indiana and it is like a treasure hunt because they are so good.

@@felypinho020 Hey it is!!! It's a type of candy made out of the white of the egg, you grab your white put it on a bowl, put some sugar, maybe a bit of lemon or orange (optional), whisk it until very fluffy and put it on an oven until they seem solid, and let it cool down

One time I was camping with friends and friends dad told me about all the mushrooms he found. Then I searched for morels and found 4. I ate them the next day. They taste very good.

morel mushrooms grow on my property sometimes and when they do IT IS THE BEST
Morels are usually found in the spring time and can cost up to $100 per pound. I find quite a bit in my backyard of northern Indiana.
I don't even eat meat or eggs but I still love watching his videos😂
