My feelings after watching this video: “have I not just decoded the secret of human sufferings? What else could be the reasons of misery and frustrations? Man! that’s it…”
Perfect interview on this subject. Dr. Anna simply consumed me by her depth/thoroughness of the subject matter. This is an area where language has limitations to encapsulate all abstractions. But Dr Anna uses language so smartly. Mind-blowing and transformational discussion!!
Thanks Florence, only you could conduct this, please keep it up! 😊

Wow, just wow. So much insight. I was completely free of cravings until I started to care for my aging Mother who has narcissistic tendencies and has brought into our home many triggers for me. But the statement that we can become addicted to our situation ie woe is me is so profound. My Mother has always judged the weight of everybody she has met and I started to revert to those habits of I will eat what I want, so there, attitude. As someone who has many allergies to food and environment I have been wanting to hurt myself because I was never good enough to the detriment of my own health. Well after this ,no more. I shall get back to also taking care of me . Thank you , thank you so much for this brilliant interview. I shall be purchasing the book for sure.😀Molly.
