There is no way that is true, this is basic human anatomy, med students have to learn about muscles like sternomascloideus and occipitofrontalis. You should be ashamed. He even made mistakes when naming the muscle groups

Pls don't learn from this, "Chest and the Delta where accurate, but the rest was inaccurate. Learn from Someone like "Squat University", "Renaissance Periodization", "Jeff Nippard" and "Ryan Humiston". They make good content.

I pride myself in my knowledge of the muscular anatomy, but this video reminded me that I still have a few more to learn. Some of my favorite muscle names that I'm proud of: 1. Latissimus dorsi AKA lats 2. Gastrocnemeus, one of the calves. Hard to remember this one. 3. Gluteus maximus
How to feel Lats? I can only feel Teres Major/Minor on Pull Day. I have had someone else literally touch my lats, and they said lats were also hard and engaged, but my mind-muscle connection towards lats is totally nonexistent, but teres major/minor is really strong.

Try dumbbell chest supported rows, arms close to you with full extension and heavy weights for you.
Try to tuck your elbow while doing the pulldown. Elbow flaring out will cause you to feel less of your lats.
