When ever I start a new playthrough of FONV I made it a habit to rush to the OWB dlc. ( And yes, I would start it way under level. ) I just really enjoy that DLC. That and being able to teleport to a place that has a really good trader, plenty of storage, all the crafting places, ect.. Is just too good not to want it asap.
I went on a mug searching quest for him, ended up finding a few hundred mugs so far. He's really good if you need glue for making weapons repair kits. Reading the wiki, I regret not collecting coffee pots, he can turn them into scrap metal for you (once upgraded). Damn, he was much more valuable than I first thought.
When used as a home base, (let your companions have the presidential suite at the 38) the Sink has game breaking potential for Hardcore mode with all the personality upgrades required. Easy access to: -a bed (duh) -a sink that can turn any empty container into a bottle of purified water -a machine that turns all plant healing items to a more potent and lightweight food item...which can be turned back into any plant item of choice at a campfire, so ingredient hunting for recipes is a snap. -multiple storage containers for storage and organizing items. -work bench and ammo bench side by side with storage containers to dump crafting materials overhead. - Auto doc heals all limbs, removes addictions, has several useful perk implants for purchase, and has character customization. - If you have the store manage all your weapon and armor repairs, caps spent on that go into the store cap pool, so do your selling after repairs to get your money back. Eventually the store pays for itself. Lots of potential here if you're looking to become a god of the Mojavi on Hardcore.
Quickly becoming my favourite fallout TH-camr, would like to see you cover fallouts influences from movies like mad max or even just video essays on some post apocalypse movies like Threads or books like ‘I have no mouth and I must scream’
I really like how Sink is just a sink that can talk and that then proceeded to change the world with free clean drinking water simply cuz it thought dirty water was gross
Yeah, I really loved all the Sink personalities. It may took me some time for Sink, Botanical Research Center, Book Chute and Blind Diode Jefferson to get used to, while S.C.I.U, Auto-Doc especially, and the Light Switches were almost instantly, I loved all of the personalities a lot and I always work to get them fully upgraded so the Sink itself can be a bustling community, and a perfect player home for me outside the Mojave, rather than a quiet dark living space with nothing to do except store stuff. Auto-Dof will always be my favorite as he was the first I collected ever outside the S.C.I.U, and I fell in love with his personality and charm almost immediately.
I still remember the first time I turned Toaster on, man I spent hours laughing my ass off listening to his lines, never actually used any of their benefits, but hilarious moments none the less.
Muggy and the toaster are the best, and as I always play bad karma I never realized they might kill my poor toaster, but I did always feel pity for the sink Great video, thanks for the efforts!
Plot Twist: Before the Lone Wanderer/Liberty Prime destroyed Raven Rock President Eden uploaded himself to the book chute in the Big Mt, and is for now staying undercover as a book chute, hence his patriotism.
thre are ghouls in the big empty. courier isnt the only one they have interacted with. i assumed it was networked with the various databases, since the brains were still developing new shit, it would make sense that it would have access. also its able to carry out the orders of the brains, lobotomizing humans brought to it. so im fairly sure there is some communication.
Apart from the "device" that is in Vault 95 that cures Cait's addiction I don't think there's any auto docs in 4 are there? There's not even any in the Institute, as far as I know but that seems rather odd, don't you think?
I'm not a massive fan of New Vegas so I won't buy.any DLC so I don't know anything about Old World Blues except what I've seen on videos. So I'm intrigued to find out what this "sink" is.🧐
I still maintain that you and RadKing should collaborate on a video.
I second this
That would be fun.
And omega initiative
@@BOKCGrizzlyWarlord Nah isn't he an enclave fanboy
I'll second that 😂
My lightswitch is also the quiet type, but I really know how to turn them on.
Shame they get turned off just as quickly.
Hahahahaha

I felt bad for muggy, so when I got my pc I had to get a nv playthrough, I used commands and filled his room with mugs

I'm so disappointed it isn't a full video about sinks.
you mean sink appliances 🤔 like instant boiling water from tap
@@ah-64apacheattackhelicopte21 yes, but also sinks. Like this sink is bad because it's broken.
Radking with trash video disappointed me as well still a good video as usual

Me when the sink actually has a sink
Blind Diode's voice reminds me of Wolfman Jack a radio DJ from the 60s

You dont understand just how hilarious it was to stumble upon a normal sink that also happened to be a germaphobe.

So this is what happens when the sink lets us in
I was kind of hoping for an explanation about how there is still functioning Plumbing in the Wasteland or something
That is a good question
I still remember the first time I turned Toaster on, man I spent hours laughing my ass off listening to his lines, never actually used any of their benefits, but hilarious moments none the less.
thank you for just making a joke at the beginning instead of the whole video being an april fools bit I hate that shit so much
Muggy and the toaster are the best, and as I always play bad karma I never realized they might kill my poor toaster, but I did always feel pity for the sink
Great video, thanks for the efforts!
14:30 Obvious Red Dwarf reference.
Your channel revives the joy I had when I 1st played FO# (all but '76, that is). TY.
If the creation club gets an update, i hope they add a sink player home
Dang it I wanted help with my Kitchen design….
Favorite fallout creator rn!
the book chute is probably my fav
I love the Book Chute.
I never realized that you can interact with the SCIU lol
Never touched it.
I love old world blues!
So the jukebox was created 98 years to the day I was born? Neat!
The Mechanicum from Warhammer 40k., would LOVE that toaster! 🤣
Informative content 🙏
Best home base ever only draw back is no companions allowed be nice if the just wait at the site
I like toaster, l like using energy weapons but almost no one sells their ammo.

I still dont know if this is some sort of an aprils fools video or not, either way very entertaining
Makes sense, he said april fools for like half a second at the start when he was talking about actual sinks
Let that sink in!
THE BIG [empty].
MT empty. Also let The Sink in.
Anybody else wondering how the auto doc knows what a ghoul is? 🤨

I wish I could help the toaster fulfill his goals
My sink has nothing 😢

nahh let that sink in
Always thought it was pronounced like “nortay” but nort is funnier now that I realize it
WE OUT HERE FOR NORT_E'S SHORTS.
The characters in The Sink are far and away the most fun in the entire game. I love them so much! ❤️🚰📕🍞🩻🎚️💡🛁☕️🎼
Ive seen videos of people "seeding" themselves. gotta be real flexible for that it seems. :P
Yep
sink
How is the man behind the mask Mr. N_orte, and how does one acquire such a sultry voice like as yourself.
Holy cow
THROW THE CHEESE!!!
You tricked me
Why are all AI toasters evil or psychotic? Talky Toaster anyone?
