Thank you for the instructions. I am impressed with my e88, I just received it yesterday. The instructions I received with the drone are very difficult to understand and incomplete. Do you know if there is anywhere I can get complete explanations of all the controls of this remote? Thank you again.
I took this one and the E88 outside today because it was very windy and I figured I could battle the wind and defy the odds. Had a blast and controlled its path down wind a few times. Overall I had fun. I made a good landing when I needed to and kept it calibrated with the arrow buttons against the wind and whenever it went off course. Just gotta work with it at times
Not to be confused here: one thing is the calibration before take-off, and then, if it still drifts, you calibrate it in the air, which is another thing. And this drone does not have GPS system, so a bit of drifting is normal.
Thanks fir the video, I have the pro version drifts a but to the left but correction using the rigjt button, do you have it in speed setting 1 when testing and have you tried to perform roll stunts.
Rolling in the air works fine. When calibrating, the speed setting should not matter. I usually set the speed level to the highest to have better control of the drone.

Calibration reset looks like saves it in the memory even after you turn the drone off. Calibration that you perform during the flight looks like not. Mainly for cheap drones, it is always advised to do a calibration reset on a plain surface after you turn it on. On more advanced but cheap drones it may not even let you fly if you do not perform calibration.

I got this "cheap" drone for my gf and I got for myself the Potensic ATOM 4K, so we both will learn starting with the basic cheap one and then moving towards the more advanced one. The price was good so I really couldn't let it pass, being able to see this beautiful world from above, I think it's a dream finally come true for any Human being. 🙂🙏
My e88 got a bit different controller than the one on the video, tried calibrating it this way and also according to manual (it said to push both sticks down right at the same time), neither of these worked for me, just nothing happens, anyone got the same problem?
There is no such thing like cancelling the gyro calibration. You can reset it. After turning the drone off, when you turn it on again, it may keep flying well, and if not, you need to reset it again or adjust it manually using the four buttons while in the air. But the general advice by the manufacturers is always perform factory calibration after turning the drone on (gyroscope reset or factory reset) and then, if necessary, fine tune it with manual calibration while in the air.
Better calibrate it each time before flight, in some cases it may fly ok without calibrating after take off as well. This model has a camera at the bottom which helps to stabilize the drone.

@@CaptainGuffawyou're not supposed to calibrate it against the wind. It's supposed to be calibrated in a low wind or no wind environment

Press the left button a few time till it comes to the centre. Done.

..press the padlock and u can use your mobile to fly it...plan route and return with full FVP capability.

The lights on mine start blinking faster once the controller is connected and it doesn't do anything
Mine have the same issue with e88s Brushless drone. Led light keep blinking and it's not stable and hard to control.
