There is just something about this dude... I could listen him all day, just binge watched all three parts and his storytelling and flow as a storyteller is really damn impressive.

Nah I doubt that .. Has he gone to college ?does he live alone ? Has he held down a job or career for more than a year or two ? This kid got arrested for a gun charge . either way all these prison dummies act like wise people when they get out . but i doubt half of them really are well rounded wise people . because that actually takes being a man . and time . this kid just has been in harsh life or death situations . so he probably knows the value of life in a way that he didn't before he want in . But your probably 15 years old like most other ppl on this channel look in up to alll these jail birds cuz they sound cool . sad ....

Mixing this kid w grown criminal men is a mistake. He deserved a better punishment that didn't include currupt guards currupting the system. 3rd world standards in a 1st world country. 23&1 vouched for this kid therefore i believe everything he says.

Probably the most interesting guest you've had to date. Those of you taking cheap shots and clowning his accent are missing the point; he is a very good story teller and has very little filler when he talks. Very little ums and likes and he gets right to the point.

I'm 51, I lost my parents at a young age and never finished 6 th grade always in troubleI did time in Pennsylvania when I was 18 till 24. It saved my life and made me be a stronger person not just physically but mentally. Those stories even though not as what I had to go through brought me to tears cause it is a helpless experience, but all my education and not being locked up for life was what I made of it, I feel you and am proud of this dude, keep strong brother!!!!👍👍👍👍

I’m not certain how I came upon your videos. I’m a grandmother of 4 boys and most would say I’m very conservative. I found Jake to be articulate when hearing his story. Good thing I’m not in prison because I had tears in my eyes often while watching all 3 of the videos in order. I live in Florida and hear stories about the prisons but had no idea the intensity of the cruelty and lack of responsibility from the staff. Both of your smiles are contagious. I beg of you Jake to be smart and I hope you can learn to trust. You may find many in this world are worthy of having a relationship that doesn’t need to be proved. That unconditional love is something you deserve and I think in your daughter you’ll see how tenderness changes your life. You have a gift for telling stories that keeps us engaged. Use that gift to make a difference. It breaks my heart to hear your stories, even if you save one person with your truth that will help with your recovery as well. A big hug to you both for doing what you do and the positive, funny and often heart wrenching but informative way your helping others. Godspeed.

Back in the day when I was in a different life, I went to a Therapist about it and she literally thought I was making shit up to get a script. I was telling her the actual crazy shit happening in my life and she didn't believe me... it was insane
