Guys this is due to CPU AMD Ryzen 7800X3D runs better on W11 24H2 , IF you are using intel CPU 14gen and below you are better off with windows 10 unless W11 new updates make it better.

For win 11 24h2 they installed a new thing called recall or something that starts with r that lowers performance because it’s always doing screenshots and uploading them to Microsoft for “security” purposes. Disable it and you should get more performance out of it.
It will always depends on the engine, newer games won't have much impact like older games that mostly rely on the CPU, but anyway good comparison and I guess we all should go to the new windows version

The consumption of ram memory is much higher in windows 11 than what Windows 10 uses, that is, if you achieve about 5 to 10 fps, but the use of ram is lower in Windows 10. It is 1.5 GB more in version 11 24h2 than in Windows 10 , If you don't have a lot of RAM, I think Windows 10 is still a very good option, in exchange for sacrificing 5 or 10 fps, the difference is minimal and will be almost imperceptible.

Honestly I don't get all the hate for Win 11. Of course the launch condition wasnt great, however I've been using it for 2 years now and the only inconvenience I've had is the implemented RGB conteoll of peripherals, which forces me to run Logitech G in the background for my mouse because otherwise the DPI settings are f'ed. Which isn't great but can be overlooked. Otherwise its great for me and just like a more stable Win 10 with a new skin and a little different layout. I think I'm going to upgrade to 12 when its 2-3 years old, but only time will tell.

True, i've been daring to get a snapdragon laptops soon as possible since they made optimization for x86 emulation(prism), sadly snapdragon laptops were rare in my country.
I have better fps in Win10, but maybe it is the Nvidia App in W11 which allows HDR in Skryim. Also Freesync doesn't seem to be working very well with Nvidia on Win11, in some games it is jumpy, in others like F1 2018 it is just stuck on max refresh rate. Win 10 is fine.
