The designers at audi really deserves some appreciation. Audi's design is something else nowadays
Nah....This is kinda trash because it’s electric....lol. Plexiglass screen showingsn image of a fake grill?..... im only 1 min in and it’s trash so far (i’ll finish) but electric cars are trash. Just make them all hybrids. Why would we (as we “advance”) limit the ways we can utilize something. Why go full electric? Makes no sense

“Feel the force Luke”. Audi A9 better than adding e to everything. How many cars are Audi making! Just realised only last week I saw the extending concept car.
The Audi A9 E-tron is really beautiful. And the rear reminds me of another beautiful old car - the Jaguar E-type.
This is probably the time when I splurge without thinking about money because this is literally an art piece that you can drive
I find this concept most interesting. I like the approach they took by using projection instead of having multiple displays or a hyperscreen (EQS). It looks like a great place to relax and take a nice road trip in comfort.
It look they borrow few ultra luxury cues from Bentley they part of the VW family as well. BMW can do the same with 7 series rom Roll Royce .
Unto something breakdown
This is what I want from a car. Cars in the past were simple. Then slowly got more complex. It feels like I'm working when I have screens at my face. Cars distracting and not relaxing nowadays. I hope Audi produce all these features. All the features are helpful and can be switched off or blend into background when not needed. Good job Audi.👏👏❤️
as an owner of A8 I like and support the idea to call it A9. It looks perfect. looking forward for this car in Audi showrooms

Really a beautiful car. However I cannot stop thinking about the practicality of having a plexi glass in the grill. What about stone chips? It will look really bad after one winter...

I don’t want to see any screens (bigger than tiny hidden ones) but I want all the technology and I want real buttons. So this car fits that bill nicely.

The Audi design team is really genius . look at the exterior curve, luxury simplicity in control panel, very appreciated.
I don't know why, but e-tron sounds wrong somehow. I can't explain why. It just does. 🤷♂️

Looks great, especially the whole front part/design & the top of the door window design, very nice
Improvement Suggestions:
-The trunk opens too close to the back window, probably make the trunk open around that window instead, plus add a rubber recessed seal in the end to channel any water from getting caught in the trunk area, like after a rain storm
-The charging port opens against the wind, probably better if it opens the opposite way and be indented a little with a warming ring option, so it doesn't freeze in cold temperatures, when customers need to charge and it freezes
-Not the projector screen, not ideal with side window reflections that can be extra distracting in the evening/night driving, needs a real screen, an adjustable/movable one would be ideal, for manual adjustment to taller or shorter drivers

The exterior is looking great, but I think the interior would be very different in the production car.

I see a little of the next TT in the design element of this prototype. Very exciting
I think all manufacturers should gave us the option of switching the control to ourselves in their vehicles, because it's not everyone who wants a self-driving car (myself included), and I'm glad to see Audi giving us this option!
This is honestly VERY impressive and hands down one of the most futuristic cars that has practicality to it. Clearly, a lot of though went into this!
I've always been a huge Audi fan and in glad to see them leading in innovation!

Evokes for me a really nice integration of Rapide S front and Lagonda Taraf meets E-Type coupe rear. I like the Rolls style rear lounge bench also. Why is it that luxury car interiors were starting to be designed in such separate individual spaces as if every person in the car hated the next person.

I loved the original A9 Prelude concept. And I love the exterior of this beauty, all 360 of it. I can go with A9. 👍 Not in love with the interior, not yet. But I like the way Audi is moving.
Dieses Glasdach über die Seitenfenstern hinaus ist einfach super praktisch um Regen abzuweisen für Raucher :D bzw man kann die Fenster ein wenig herunterlassen ohne dass Wasser eindringt.
Very interesting car. Many good features. Love the roof. Best however, is the lack of animal products. Rear end looks a bit RR boat tail, not sure it looks great. Mechanical parts appear to need quieter operation, otherwise sound less than premium. Also need a smaller wheelbase version.

Audi has hit it out of the ballpark with the designs of the "Sphere's" concept cars, unlike the EQ cars, the Audi look desirable and beautiful. Well done Audi, now put them into production please!

Thomas can you please do the S580e. For some reason nobody ever reviews the Plug-In versions of the S Class, the previous model has no videos on the S560e also.
This is how an EV exterior should look - amazing. Manufacturers really need to listen to customer feedback - the exterior on most production EVs is about as appealing as a ceramic toilet bowl.

I love the suicide doors, reminds me of Lincoln Continental in the 60's
So not only there is no real buttons you also have to look at it to make it appear. The current panels are impossible to use without looking away from the road now you also have to wait for it to illuminate. Buttons is good because you can use them without looking at them and use them just by feel.

Rear door hinge is something what every car should have. Looks simple and elegant.
Seems much closed to a future production model than the other recent concept, especially the rounded front end makes it look almost production ready.

The new consepts we have seen from Audi lately, both this and the skysphere, really gets me exited for the future of E-trons and the coming production models. I dont like the styling nor graffics of the current E-tron GT, especially not that rear lightbar when we know it can look so damn good on the Taycan. This is how EVs should be shaped and styled, and nothing like that jellybean Mercedes calls the EQS. If you have to sacrifice just a bit of range and coefficent of drag (probably not even that much) to look something simular to this beauty, it is well worth it in my opinion. Sorry for the rant.

Two comments: 1) I don't understand how this vehicle fits into the line-up vs. the beautiful and capable E-tron GT. Don't they seem duplicative? 2) I don't like glass roofs without available sun shades. People living in hot environments are not being considered in this design.
You should start the video with an overview of the car filming around the car where you get the hole car in the picture.
I've been wanting an Audi A9 since the first A9 concept came out.
Hi Thomas, looks you have a strong insides at Audi ! As I think you were the first to show life Concept. For me its simply next gen A8 - full stop. But maybe using your insides you know when finally current A8 facelift will be presented and if Audi plans to launch the 55TDI to larger models like Q7 or A8 same which is used in S6 or SQ5 ? Looks Audi has a gap in engines range compared to other German premium brands....

It's like a Taxi ( Uber ) where one can 📞 call in & the automobile comes in & take passenger to the destination they entered into the system 😀.
No driver all autonomous & pay to the system in the car & exits .passengers will be secure & has SOS in the vehicle & emergency safe stop system .
