Wow your hair looks EXACTLY like mine🥰 same length and everything❤️❤️ I’m driving home from work and decided OK I need to wash my hair for this party I’m going to tonight but I didn’t want to use shampoo and then I remembered apple cider and baking soda is a good way to wash so I jumped on TH-cam and this was my first video. Thank you.
This combination can damage the cuticle of your hair. Proceed with caution. I wouldn’t recommend this on color treated hair. A clarifying shampoo will give take off any build up than you may have without the risk of damage.

Yea this is not a good idea, unless you’re tracking the PH yourself to ensure the PH is right you could really damage your hair, I’m saying this from experience
I said in the video I know a lot of ppl aren’t fond of it but for me personally I love doing it 1-2 times a year

@@Noharm97 this combination is corrosive. It breaks down the cuticle of your hair. Have you ever used vinager and baking soda to clean your drain. Now think about putting that in your hair. It causes chemical damage.
Hair is thick, healthy and long 😌 what more can you ask for

A Clarifying shampoo or aztec clay/ ACV mask wash or selsun blue medicated shampoo works amazing for scalp detox without any damage.
I have such horrible dandruff and buildup and I wash my hair and I never feel like my scalp is clean so I’m gonna try this
Baking soda will help with nasty buildup. Use with shampoo

Do you condition after? I know some people treat the ACV like the conditioner. I always use my own conditioner

I have a soft curls in my hair and I went back to soft curls back in December 17th 2022 and this coming July 17th it will be 7 months for now. Is it alright if I can put water and grease on my soft curls or not okay. How often should I be washing my hair and drinking water as well too okay thanks for your help today alright Chow.
