This is a defective product. Mine is raised up and stuck and doesn't come down. My Fench door is only 2 years old.

Blind will not lower

We are very unhappy with this product. Buyer beware. If you listen you can not open and shut the door without the blind tilting and not staying in one position during opening and shutting the door. Not happy at all wasted $2500 on the door and install.
