- The Duke of Cornwall visits Nansledan to see the site where the Duchy of Cornwall’s first ever innovative housing project will be built to help address homelessness. The project will be delivered alongside Cornish charity, St Petrocs, and will provide 24 homes with wraparound support for local people experiencing homelessness. Report by Iain Jones.

I am not British - but, I am so proud of Prince William. He is a strong asset for the King of England and the United Kingdom and Commonwealth. His steadfastness and dedication to principles he has learned through the years is very commendable. I'm glad he is taking an active role in Homelessness and the Environment and so many other things. Kudos to him. And blessing on all he does for others.

Prince William is dedicating his life to doing good work. His father was the first Prince of Wales to use the position for altruism and William is doing the same. (The sound quality makes this video almost impossible to watch though.)

I love to see how Prince William interacts with everyone and shows interest and compassion giving each person their time with him. It's all about the people he visits, their program, their work in the community. His interest in the designs of the homes and the families that will benefit. Truly an exemplary leader and role model!

Well at least 1 of Diana's son's has kept up her legacy with the homeless. William's doing a great job as any homeless projects were very important to her & even though she took both boys to projects, I guess only 1 understood how important they were to her.

It is not just about housing. It is also about sustainability like King Charles's Poundbury project.
That type of project probably wouldn't happen in the U.S. because it would be politicized and Congress would fight each other so nothing would get done. Bravo! Prince William.
