Can I ask what made you comfortable in waiving contingency on inspection? Would be very curious since I would have no idea on my own if a house I wanted to buy was structurally sound/etc on my own without the inspection. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We really wanted this house and it’s more to reduce friction from the seller to choose us as quickly as possible since the market is so competitive
