Hi everyone! In today's video I will be sharing how I write my papers for school in 30 minutes. At first it took me about an hour to do, but now after getting used to the process, it only takes about 30 minutes. The entire process (prep time, creating an outline, revising my papers, etc) literally takes me about an hour to an hour and a half! Hope you enjoy it!

Ha yeah it can be challenging. That's why I always create my outline for my paper first and then just base everything off of that. Hope it helps!

summary:
1. create an outline with all your references in it, with your intro, body and conclusion outlined
2. speak it into your phone with the microphone mode or onto your word document using the voice typing feature
3. edit it, proofread it etc
4. submit it!

@@therabbithatThis works, however, it's more about "typing" a paper quickly by using voice typing. It doesn't include the researching and detailed composing components.

chalcie D firs of all congratulations!!! it really depends on where you’re attending college i’d say. i’m living in portugal so it can be quite different from other countries. from my experience i’d say it’s pretty hard but it’s doable if you study enough and it definitely helps if you love learning about this subject because you’ll engage in the tasks voluntarily and you’ll actually end up enjoying it. the thing i struggled the most with on my first semester was reading research articles, we had to read a ton of them for our classes and i only started to get the hang of it on my second semester! my biggest tips are: 1) sit in the front seats!! you’ll get less distracted and the professors will notice you’re interested and they’re more likely to remember you this way (which can also be helpful in the future) 2) read the assigned readings! this one is really important. they assigned you those readings for a reason 3) don’t be afraid to ask questions! you’ll notice that in college classes are usually a lot longer and the amount of stuff you have to learn and memorize for your exams is a lot more than you’re probably used to in high school. so it’s really important to really understand the material because you’ll usually learn the basics first and if you don’t understand that it’ll be harder for you to understand more complex material. 4) study the material you learned on that same week, this will make it a lot easier for you, trust me on this one. cramming in college is definitely not fun. if you happen to drop your grades on your first semester, don’t worry too much about it. it’s a totally different scenario from what you’re used to and it requires some adaptation. it might seem scary at first but psychology is truly fascinating and i’m glad you chose it! i wish you the best of luck and i hope you’ll love psychology as much as i do now :)

This is mind blowing 🗣🗣🗣🗣 I’m an MBA student too!! Thanks so much for this. I procrastinate due to extreme anxiety I’d literally do nothing but start from scratch everyday until the due date. I research way ahead of time and pay attention to current events and stuff then a day or two before I start typing. Once I’m done it’s usually 2 hours before the time it’s due. When I’m done I up and leave home either for a late night movie, grocery shopping, or just take a deep dive into pimple popping videos 🤣🤣

I had this exact thought a few days ago. I remembered doing this a few years ago for a report that my son had to do. Of course he waited to the last minute to tell me that he had a paper due. He was in elementary school at the time and I am not a fast at typing. I just read what he wrote to show him how to do it. Some people worry that they might take hours to think what to say. First off, just ramble your topic. You'll do editing later by fixing grammars, and removing sentences that makes no sense.
After that, make sure it's coherent and add references that reinforce it.

Honestly, pretty brilliant. I type 80-100 wpm, but going back and editing is slower and I tend to edit as I be I go. This is a great way to get words on the page faster.

guys I watched the same video. Trust me, it's much better to go ahead and just start. I know it's difficult and boring and if you're a procrastinator it's literally hell. However, at least this way you know it will get done. Just get it over with.
Just did a 5 page yesterday. Not even exaggerating it was a 12 hour endeavor. It was due today, and finished it yesterday and am currently revising it today. Gen Psych. Easy class, although the instructions were absolutely terrible. I’m full online and figured it was only difficult to understand instructions because it wasn’t explained well, although I messaged other classmates and they ensured me I’m not unintelligent. This essay is important cause it will determine if I get an A or B. Currently have a 94% but this is 30% of grade; wish me luck!

I just started and MS degree, but never had to write papers or read textbooks in undergrad as my degree was engineering. Do you skim the references or textbooks to find applicable information or have you read through them and remember them somehow? I can read through the textbooks but it takes too long versus the time we have for the class.
