Oberfräse Bosch POF 1200 - Vorbereitung für den Frästisch. Höhenverstellung

In diesem Video zeige ich Ihnen wie ich meine Oberfräse Bosch POF 1200 für den Einbau in die Tischkreissäge vorbereite. Inspiriert dazu hat mich das Video von Ingo Peine -"Ingos Tipps". Das ist eine schöne Lösung für die spätere Höheneinstellung der Oberfräse. Entschuldige mich im voraus für die Qualität. Dafür muss wohl eine Kamera her. Habe das ganze nebenbei mit dem Handy aufgenommen. Würde mich freuen wenn das Video jemandem weiter hilft. Gerne auch Fragen und ihre Meinungen

Ich habe mich schon immer gefragt warum das keiner so macht, sondern immer hoch komplexe Lösungen geschaffen werden, wenn's auch einfach geht. Sehr gute Lösung. P.S.: Das braucht nicht mehr Videoqualität. Der Inhalt macht's! Und der ist gut.

Danke! Wechsel geht auch von oben, ist aber etwas umständlich wegen dem Arritierknopf der ja unter der Platte bleibt

Not a bad solution, but I wouldn’t have drilled the router, left it in its original condition.
Aluminum casting itself is not as strong as steel.
It would have been worthwhile to attach two steel plates to the router using the existing threaded holes. (one at the bottom, into the hole of the drilling depth adjustment revolver drum, and the other into the fixing hole of the depth adjustment rod.
A nut can be welded to the top steel plate, while at the base of the end mill, only one hole is needed for the socket screw.
On the other hand, one of the two lifting springs of the router must be removed so that there is no such load on the height adjuster.
Keep the spring on the shaft where the height adjustment is.
I’m doing the same thing now, I had to think properly.
This way, the router can be restored to its original condition at any time, if it is needed, or if it breaks down and needs to be replaced, there is nothing left to do with the new one.

Hello Tibor, very good idea. I want to use a modified "cross bolt nut" at the deep adjustment rod. But how you installed it at the frame? Do you have a picture for me. Greetings, Daniel THX

Ist ja eine ganz gute Idee. Kann man aber mit einer neuen Maschine vergessen. Sonst erlischt die Garantie. Die Wackelei mit dr Kamera ist aber nervig.
